Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent nice and clean rooms, staff are very helpful and offer a great customer service. One of the best hotels if you're looking for halal cuisines , Soi 1, 3 and 5 have plenty and heaps of variety of halal cuisines, you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is situated in busy sukumvit soi 5. Mostly travelers from Middle East stays here. Compare to 3 star rating hotel price is bit expensive .Buffet breakfast is very poor. Very few items on the table & rest you have to order from very short menu . They also have a tiny swimming pool with 1.5 m depth. Most of the front desk staff are bit rude.

I was pleasantly suprised by this hotel. It was very very clean. The decor was nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with many choices. They offered both western and Asian choices. Even though this hotel is located right in the middle of the action on soi 5, it is very quiet. Staff is very polite. I would stay her again and again.

We have never eaten here , but visit regularly while staying in Bangkok. We always have a few drinks , sit outside and watch the world go by . The service is good , prices reasonable and it’s in a great location . Well worth a visit , especially after a curry in Al Hussain round the corner (no alcohol served !)

We stumbled on this place walking in the Arab style quarter. Massive bar . Tv's (if you want sports) we sat outside watching the world go by. We decided to eat here as lots of people ordering and the food looked good. Thai meals were excellent. Beer was cold and refreshing. Seemed a great vibe and the staff stop any hawkers entering and bothering you. Nice touch. Worth a visit.

I got cheated by high rating in booking. Com for this hotel with rude, low level, unprofessional, useless staff, who prefer all the time to spend with their mobile and feel pleased to insult guests. . In lobby it was written complimentary tea coffee till 6.30pm, I came from outside st 5pm and requested for tea, the staff insulted replied, NO TEA n start watching video in mobile. . Even in their restaurant, the staff was very very bad, though the bar restaurant was gorgeous. . Horrible experience, not advisable to stay
