We spend few nights in this hotel. The hotel was absolutelly great, loved the decorations and its charm. The pool is very small and that are is right under a bypass. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was great! there was an honesty box where we could help ourselves to soft drinks and biscuits :-) The hospitality of this hotel...

Charming, clean and comfortable accommodation with friendly helpful staff. Baan Pra Nond is convenient to the ferry and transport but is situated on a main road, with the expressway literally over the pool. If you are a light sleeper, even the free earplugs may not be enough...

I overnighted here during a 20 hour layover in BKK.  I absolutely adore the decor of the hotel.  It has an Agatha Christie on the Orient Express meets Indochine (assuming the French had ever made it to Thailand).  The owners are also wonderful.  They're very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home, e.g., upon arrival I...

Loved, loved my time at BPN. Tasma, Jason, and Janya have created a special place for travelers to Bangkok. The house is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful, complete with french pressed coffee. Each morning while enjoying breakfast, Tasma, Jason, and/or Janya would pop over and ask how our stay was going & if they could help with...

Arrived late at night and were collected at airport by the hosts of this wonderful B&B . Everything was perfection, from the welcome cup of tea on arrival to booking a taxi on our departure. Tasma has created a beautiful "home from home" for weary travellers. Attention to detail is second to none. We had the room with the lovely...

Tasma and Jason were wonderful hosts and their staff was very friendly and helpful. Again this was a beautiful and peaceful place. The room was great! Breakfast were delicious. The location near the pier made it easy to get around on the river. Found a great restaurant near the pier caleed " Queen of Curry'. A jewel of a lttle...

This guest house is a true gem; from our arrival when we were met with refreshing cloths to wipe our tired faces and delightful tea, to our final good-bye, the service here was incredible. The present owners, Tesma and Jason, have lovingly restored Tesma's grandfather's home creating a B&B that retains colonial atmosphere while allowing for modern conveniences. There are...

I arrived hot & tired after a 24 hour trip & they welcomed me with a refreshing cold cloth for my face & hands as well as a much needed cold drink. I was promptly shown to my room which was beautiful & spacious with warm little touches like bottled water to help you settle in. The pool area is...

A quaint little B&B full of charm and good taste! Clean rooms and common areas. Staff and owners are friendly and engaging. Close to the LRT and river ferry system. Some excellent Foodie grade restaurants within easy walking distance. The white-noise whirr of the AC drowns out most of the road noise and hasn't affected our sleep. Our first visit...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
