We spent 3 nights here recently. The hotel is a bit runned down, a bit worn. But the room was nice, overlooking the breakfast area and pool. We also got an upgrade to a better room upon arrival. Comfy beds! The breakfast was not great, but nice. Coffee was alright. The hotel restaurant closed quite early. The gym needs an...

Charming small hotel. Pastiche Venetian/Ottoman design with colourful tiles and a arches and courtyards, makes it quiet, with lovely mix of light and shade. Friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money. Breakfast is pretty decent also!

some rooms are better than others depending on which building. one building doesn't have an elevator, only stairs for instance. the staff are very helpful. the room was on the smaller size but good quality. the location is good if you like the thonglor area (which i recommend).

Nice decor but service is not very good. Wifi is really bad. And hailing a cab is difficult. You have to walk to the main thonglor street. The hotel shuttle to thonglor bts station is rather erratic! Breakfast is rather meagre. The only good thing about this hotel is it is located in the thonglor area which is interesting and...

This is located in an area which has a Japanese theme. So it has Japanese restaurants and architecture. We got upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival. Staff are friendly. It has a balcony, and a small pool downstairs beside the bar. You can borrow DVDs and books for free. They are available at the lobby. There are also iMacs...

I enjoyed my stay in Salil with my family. We stayed for a week and thus can attest the full service cycle, The Breakfast was good, the rooms clean, the staff friendly, the laundry was done on time. The hotel unfortunately does not offer a good service to the customers, the key card does not open the door, not enough tables for breakfast and we asked for a mosquito repellent, they had it bur the bottle was empty. Sorry, we will never come back.

Visiting Bangkok was really convenient from this hotel. The staff is really pleasant and helpful, many of them speak english and communication was never an issue. The tuk tuk service to the main road and station almost seemed to much because the walk is so short but after shopping or a long day with kids having the option to call...

My family and I really enjoyed our two-night stay here in January of 2017. We arrived exhausted after flying from Toronto and our very comfortable rooms were a welcome sight. Neighbourhood Profile
Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
