Dumb, incompetent staff forgets to charge my stay upon checking into the hotel. Went out for a while just to come back to me getting locked out of my own room (and all my belonging still inside), simply because the hotel staff forgot to charge my credit card at check-in. When confronted, the staff only showed a lot of negative attitude. Terrible, hostile place. Would not come back.

I have been loyally staying at this hotel since 2010 and have recommended it to others. This time I booked in for 14 nights, so as usual gave them quite a lot of money. However, it seems the manager does not value customer loyalty too much. After such a long stay he refused to offer me a late check out and was rather rude and dismissive in how he spoke to me. The best things about the hotel are the location and pool, but sadly most other things have deteriorated over 10 years - particularly the staff attitude to guests, which is a real shame. There are plenty of similar priced hotels nearby, which I may have to consider in future.

Trinity silom Hotel in Bangkok It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Prices on Agoda booking site are very attractive in Asia, but be sure the hotels that Agoda Booking site sells are not like the ones in the Agoda ad. Agoda Singapore-based Asian Booking site I made the mistake of booking 2 times. Unfortunately, 2 hotels in Bangkok, Trinity silom hotel was stink of sewage. One of the pools of 2 hotels was under maintenance and the other hotel was using the pool of the sports complex close to the hotel. There is neither a pool nor a restaurant in Trinity Silom Hotel. Agoda told me that they would give me a refund as compensation, neither the Hotel nor Agoda did. In short, think twice before booking a hotel in Asia with Agoda. Agoda ads are completely false

The location is very convenient- right next to the BRT station and a lot of eateries around. I arrived around 10 AM and they allowed me to check-in early since they had a room available. It was super nice of the reception staff, considering I was tired after the flight and needed to rest. On the day of check-out, they let me store my luggage in their storage room till the evening.

You need to recognise that this is a three-star hotel so you get what you pay for. I have on few past occasions given this a five star rating. The reasons all these years are the same: 1. Superb location if you like a choice between two BTS stations (chongnonsi and sala deang); downstairs day market; a lovely affordable restaurant; nearby fast food; lots of street food and 7-11s nearby. 2. Accommodating fast service. 3. Strong air conditioning. 4. Above average room size for this star of hotel. 5. Reasonable amenities. Free bottled water daily. However I have today given a lower rating because of: 1. Infestation. Our room had a strange odour, and cockroaches (luckily small ones, but still…) - in the plural. I know it’s not the hotel fault right, but, who won’t be grossed out? As per point two above, the reception immediately gave us another room. So we hurriedly packed our stuff and relocated in the night. 2. Degradation. Paint and finishings coming off. Shower sprinkle weak. Air conditioning noisy. One of the two lifts broke down for the most part of our six day trip. Floor towels and bath towels with multiple holes on multiple days - now that’s a new low for 2022 (never experienced this in the past ten years - minus two from pandemic - of returning to this hotel). 3. Inadequacies. Why only one chair in the room? Why give weak tissue paper instead of proper hand towels - we waste SO MUCH more. In summary, I suppose that if you come with the right expectations, this is really a good hotel in BKK. But I guess I’ll likely discontinue my ten-year run of re-visiting the same hotel from next year…

Very friendly hotel staff here! Everyone, including the manager, the reception staff, the luggage attendants, the housekeepers and cleaners work hard and always with a friendly Thai smile to make you feel comfortable & happy during your stay. Convenient location too, right near the BTS Skytrain & street markets.

Loved the hotel and loved the staff in trinity, they are friendly and helpful. You get what u pay for I also liked the size of the room, it is a rather old property so wear and tear is expected but nothing that affects your stay experience. Great location. Alot of food and coffee nearby. Just right next to it is a morning market. Some downsides include, inconsistent water heater, need for some kind of ventilation in the room. The air was dry. It was very quiet as it is off the main road.

The room was dated, tv with 2 English tv channels, no music channels, no hot water had to change the room at 23:00, no security at the hotel. The pool is in a building opposite that is a part of a tower block. Dirty Pool with limited sitting facilities. We stayed there only because of a 25m pool but at the end of the day you dont go to bkk to swim. air con was good and nice, polite staff.

Good location and staff. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Good option for 1 night. We had a good experience and if we come back we will probably repeat the stay. It's not too far from the international airport and the way can take up to one hour.
