We searched this whole street to find a nice room for the price. We found prices varied from 500-1900B and this was by far the nicest room we saw. Pros: The staff were friendly and helped us when we had questions. Location is about a 1 minute walk from the main part of this street and you will appreciate this... More

The staff are really nice, but the room is not good. A/C isn't cold, you need to pay additional Baht for wifi users (max is 2 people). poor connection. They don't clean the room even when we leave for the day. The location is good, but it could've been great if the kept the place clean.

Arrived to the hotel and was able to check into our room right away. Upon entering the room, noticed a dirty spoon in the corner of the room and dust hanging from the ceiling. No big deal until I entered the bathroom. Feces in the toilet and urine stains all over the rim of the bowel. DISGUSTING. Beds are like... More

Room without window, very noisy AC, but in general room was quiet - no noise from outside, shower under the toilet - very small bathroom. Clean room - each day new towels ect, nice stuff. Price is low per night so for this price and this location. Very very close to 7eleven and every bar on Khaosan street

Stayed as a couple to get rid of jetlag after travelling from the UK . Lovely staff who were friendly and always happy to help. Nice big clean room with balcony. Surprisingly not too loud either considering it's on Khaosan Road.

Good location in the middle of Khaosan road. Rooms are in good condition and equipped with all-you-need amenities (flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, safety box, lamp, etc.) Rooms are also very clean. Overall, I had wonderful stay at Khaosan Park Resort. Highly recommended!!!

Friendly staff. Good location for backpackers/flashpackers. A lot of small stores right outside, bars and restaurants. Not the cheapest area in Bangkok, but not too bad either. The room had good wifi.

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
