I liked this hotel tucked away neatly at Soi 2. It has a certain old world charm and feels very cosy. Clean room, comfortable bed. The side road leading to the hotel is blocked just beyond the hotel due to some construction. I was told it should reopen in January 2017 giving guests direct access to Soi 4 which runs... More

Couldn't be more disappointed with this through booking.com. Worst communication ever. It is advertised at one very popular address (Soi 4) but it's not. It's at soi2 and there's nothing but a closed off building site at the Soi 4 address. On confirming that they didn't have a pool and weren't where I wanted to stay, they wouldn't let me... More

Great location if you're interested in nightlife, heaps of bars literally metres from entrance. Very cheap rooms although not five star they are adequate and reasonably clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are nice size and showers were better than most you find in Thailand.

Good thing about this hotel is centrally located at Nana Soi 4, walking distance to bar and shops..very convenient, the hotel price also affordable and value for money. Cons about this hotel is dirty and the carpet stinky smell. No coffee or tea been provided in room. The washroom was clean but still the bath tub dirty and the door... More

There is much better value nearby. This is the centre of the tourist area and a short walk from Nana Entertainment Plaza which is awesome but this place needs an overhaul There are wifi servers but I couldn't connect to them. Effective wifi connections are compulsory as far as I'm concerned.

I stayed here last year in November and I know it was the high season but I feel for 1500 a night it's a little expensive, I've for nothing bad to say about the place though, nice clean rooms the maid on our floor was great always checking if we wanted our room doing. As sometimes I'm too lazy to... More

The Rajah may have been a very good hotel once upon a time, but not now. The staff member on reception had no record of my reservation.  This happens sometimes, and is not necessarily a worry, but in retrospect, it was a warning sign.  Nonetheless I was booked in and asked to pay in full for the three nights I... Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
