I have stayed in many different hotels in and around Bangkok but 21 Living place is
my number one choice.

Location - You have the choice of several different cheap restaurants within a two minute walk,
the Sky train and large shopping centre(including cinema) are five minutes away.

At the end of the soi there are always half a dozen taxi's waiting or driving past.

The staff are first class, they speak very good English and are always friendly and on hand with
help or assistance.

The rooms have flatscreen tv's,air conditioner, several power supplies and a fridge,as well as a
decent size shower and basin, the rooms are cleaned every two days and the cleaners are trustworthy as my friend left behind his Iphone(£400) and the cleaner handed it into reception.

In the lobby they have a few computers with free access to the internet, copy machine and scanner.
They also have a waiting area which has full access to all the movie, sports(including all premiership games)and all major channels.

Also they have several washing and drying machines which cost around £0.70 for a suit case full.
The whole premises has a huges security gate and a guard just inside which makes you
secure when you have a young family staying with you.

I stayed there for three months and would not hesitate to go back, great value for money !

Great place to stay overall. The staff are friendly and fun and the services are good. They don't have any restaurant but the location is superb near the BTS and there are also some local restaurants and shops around the area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Value for money and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

As an expatriate, i've lived in 21 Living Place for 12 months.
It is a modern service apartment and a hotel. I loved everything about this place: its quietness (despite being located in the center of Bangkok), its proximity to main Bangkok attractions, its smart interior design, its staff always greeting you with a smile in the morning, its great wifi and mainly its manager's, Mrs Oranee, helpfulness and professionalism.

This place is decent value in an excellent location. It's tucked away in an alley off Soi Rangnam. Most of the rooms are newly renovated, though they're not quite as fancy as the website pics suggest. The staff is friendly and the place appears secure. You can find cheaper accommodations elsewhere, but overall it's decent value. The best part is its location near Victory Monument (and the great streetfood there) and the BTS (just one stop north of the convenient airport link at Phaya Thai).

I'm currently staying in this serviced apartment/hotel. So far the experience has been good. The staff are really kind and they greet me every time I meet them in the corridors and downstairs. The security is very tight, which is really good. The room is nice; it has a big bed, some furniture that include a big flat screen TV, refrigerator, kettle and a lot of drawers and cabinets. But it has no kitchen - not even utensils that you can use. The room is huge; big enough to put a sofa in it, unfortunately they don't have it. I love the windows because it can be opened and my room is perfect because the wind goes directly to my room. The only problem is the A/C can get really noisy in the evening and it's difficult to sleep. Since it's serviced, they clean the room thrice a week. They also have coined laundry and business center at the ground floor.

The apartment is also very close to everything - 5 minute-walk to BTS, less than a minute walk to 7-11 and to main road to catch a taxi cab. It's also very near to a park.

Overall, it's a good place and great value for your money.

For my Dec. 2016/Jan. 2017 stay in Bangkok I wanted a hotel that would allow me to enjoy the city to the max. Since I also had to work with my clients in North America and in Europe, I needed a quiet, comfortable and well-appointed room with a good Wi-Fi. After consulting a few expat friends who live in Bangkok for years, I decided on The Freedom Monument/Century The Movie Plaza area. A bit of internet search beforehand and a few visits after the arrival made my decision obvious. And the winner is ... The 21 Living Place! Here are my reasons:

1. Perfect location in downtown Bangkok! Short walk from the Airport Rail Link (ARL) and the Sky Train (BTS) Phaya Thai stations (2 blocks). Within one block, on the Rang Nam Road, there are banks, restaurants, good street food, decent coffee houses, shopping centers, movie theaters, etc. And yet, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, thanks to being located in a soi ~ 50 meters away from Rang Nam. There is a large park with jogging trails, a few pieces of exercise equipment and good spots for picnic just two short blocks away.

2. Excellent living conditions. Japanese standard of cleanness. Large, bright rooms, decent size bathrooms, some with bathtubs. Super comfy beds (very important for my back). Extremely helpful management and personnel, ready to answer any question and accommodate all reasonable requests. Early check-in and late check-out when availability allows. Reliable, strong Wi-Fi. Carpark, laundromat, small business center, the works...

3. Best prices in downtown Bangkok and a great value (I checked out several other hotels and hostels in the area). Weekly and monthly discounts available, too.

I felt like coming home when returning to 21 Living Place from my trips to Laos and to southern Thai beaches. Especially when Ben, one of the maids, shouted "Sawadee kha" when seeing me. I am sure you would have the same feeling :-)...

conveniently located- near king power so you will not get lost, and all taxis and tuktuks know the place. 5 minute walk to BTS victory monument station
affordable- value for money, not the cheapest in bangkok, but the price is worth the room and service you get-- spacious, clean, lots of storage, great bathroom, common laundry area (with pay), and the manager ms. oranee is the most friendly and accommodating manager we've met.
i also appreciate the staff who will go out of their way to call you a cab and tell the driver where you need to go.

Convenient location. Modern, safe, clean, friendly staff and intelligent management. MUCH nicer than the dump VP Tower next door which is OLD and poorly managed. Again, best value in price range for short and long stay.

My son (age 19) is currently living in these apartments. He works in the area of Victory Monument and found it very convenient.

The apartments get cleaned very well three times a week included linen change.

The Manager also keeps an eye on my son too which is a piece of mind with him being so young away from home.

The apartment rate is excellent for the area, it is in a great location and no crime.

The apartment is large, comfy king size bed, en suit shower room. Large TV Fridge ect. Air conditioning but also has large window which can let breeze come in.

I would defiantly recommend these apartments to anyone staying in the area.
