I really enjoyed this location. A lot of shops and restaurants. walking distance from the subway and the price and breakfast was worth it. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Really enjoyed my 2 days there.

The room was clean although a little tight for three people. The location was perfect for needs. The breakfast was so-so. Nothing to get excited about but included in the price. Lots of street vendors and restaurants on the main road.

We had to change the room - the first one smelled really bad after smokers. The staff was kind and helpfull, the change was no problem. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfasts.Surrounded by plenty of restaurants 50-500 baht/meal, tailors, jewelleries, massage saloons.

We stayed at this hotel on the way back to India for one night. If you get down at Shukhumvit air port, then just go for the Metro train Line from the air port and go to Chong Nosi station( the nearest station). We were offered the welcome drinks and the staff was really helpful. The rooms are very neat and...

I stayed here for four days while attending a job fair at the nearby Sheraton. The room was clean and fairly spacious for a midrange. All the little amenities like an alarm, cotton swabs, shampoo, and two bottles of water were there. The bed was comfortable and came with four pillows. The staff were all friendly and even though it...

I only stayed here one night with my spouse on a stopover but it was a nice hotel. The rooms are very clean, large, and you are close to a waterway taxi that can take you into the city for only 12 baht. I would stay here again. It is a very nice hotel.

This smaller 70ish room hotel will make you feel like a member of their family from the moment you arrive. I have been coming here for many years and I can not tell you of a single complaint. The facility is constantly being upgraded, the staff are ultra courteous and helpful with any questions or guidance you need. Centrally located...

I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions when visiting Bangkok. For me it is still the almost perfect hotel. The location is good, a short walk from the Skytrain stations, Sathon Thaksin pier (to riverboat for temples/palace area, or Asiatique night market), clubs and food and shopping along Silom Rd. The staff are always very friendly, the breakfast...

There were some works going on throughout lower floors, however we were informed this on check in and they said if the noise was too much then they could assist in changing rooms for us at no charge. The noise was between 10am and 8pm (I think), but we were out all day anyway! Breakfast was included in the room...

Have stayed here several times over many years but this stay will be the last. It seems the hotel has lost the will to live. Currently under renovation the hotel is noisy, dirty and just not worth the money. Even the staff seem to have given up and you're lucky if you get a smile out of anybody. We gave...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
