The staff were very friendly and great to deal with. I was collected promptly from the airport and delivered back in time for my fight, I had a great freshly cooked lunch overlooking the clear large pool surrounded by nice gardens. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

We stayed here for one night as we needed somewhere close to the airport. The location was very good. It is a little out the way and down a smaller road so no noise from main road etc. Short taxi drive away from malls and the airport. Hotel is very good - Clean, great spacious room and amenities very impressed, good breakfast, there was also a pool but we didn’t use this - little dirty, staff were great and helpful. No complaints and I would recommend staying here for convenience to the hotel. They also offer free transport to and from airport which was really good!

Very friendly family hotel for a short stay before or after a flight. Spacious rooms, hard matrasses, nice little pool. Downsides are that there’s nothing to do or go to in the near surroundings so you you need to deal with what is available. Quite a few items on the menu (last order 6pm) were out of stock but what we had was good and the friendly services compensates everything. We had to leave before 7 am and without asking they made us a breakfast to go and organized transport to the airport.

Very effective and helpful experience from day one, even helped on advising for the Thai pass application. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Test results back in two hours with express service. If ever need overnight hotel prior to flight would use again. Very quick to respond by email unlike many other places. From landing, pick up testing, results to check out 4.5 hours.

10 min. to Airport, no plane sound, quiet area.
Hotel will taxi you with trusted taxi drivers.
Food is excellent.
People are excellent.
Shower & Bathrooms are excellent.
Rooms are great.
Could use a combo desk/table unit in a room with a bench or chairs for laptop and guests.
Needs a large 5-10 meter long, 3-4 meters high, concrete semi circular Welcome Entrance Showcase with Hotel Name Sign, Logo and Address out near the main road. It should be solar powered, well light up, GPS, with Security Cameras.
Consider a scanner that can scan a smart phone bar code to connect with a customers preferences. They'll know who's at the gate!
U-Tiny Boutique Home Suvarnabhumi Bangkok is already a cut above the rest.
That, in my opinion, would make it even better.
I may not always stay there, but they are my family in Bangkok.
Best food, best people, best rooms.

I chose the Utiny Boutique Home for the sole reason that it was near the airport. It is only a few days old and it is awesome! I travel a lot and have been in many hotels so I was very surprised at the level of service the staff provided. Each staff member I encountered went out of their way to accommodate me and made my visit very memorable. Everything is so clean and the hotel has a very modern feel and look to it. The clerk (sorry I missed his name) was so friendly and professional...it was such a breeze! My room was very nice. The room has great lighting and a huge TV.
The beds are incredible! So comfortable...I slept like a rock! I had free meals that is complimentary. It was great. This hotel is a must stay if you are traveling to Bangkok..I will definitely be back!

I very recommend this hotel, due it's amazing benefits and qualities. It is friendly scene, very very very well educated staff, totally clean and well organized, beautiful swimming pool, and quite new building. It is located in a residence area, 10 minutes from the international airport. They offer greats services at pick up and drop off from the airport to the hotel.
Besides, they offer transfer to the town, totally free. So, the location is not a problem at all.
Good options to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Excellent option for cost versus benefits.

The previous reviews are all accurate. The rooms are large and very new. The salt water pool (which is much preferred over chlorine) is very refreshing as the water is not too hot or too cold. What I would like to share is the amazing customer service that truly sets this hotel apart from any other I have stayed ANYWHERE!

I had originally booked this hotel for the last leg of our honeymoon before flying back to US. We had some business to attend to in BKK before we could start our adventure. The hotel we were staying was terrible so I booked a night at the U Tiny. W e were greeted with a cold drink and our luggage was whisked away to our room while we checked in, and they even turned the air conditioning on for use immediately so the room would be cool when we entered.

At dinner time we stopped in to ask where the night markets are to get som tam and salt fish, and not only did they tell us where is the best place but offered to take us there. The driver waited for us while we explored the market and bought some dinner and other items to bring back to the hotel. Once back at the hotel they gave us plates and silverware so we could dine in our room. With candles I had brought, it was an amazingly romantic dinner.

If this was not enough, our flight the next day was at 17:20 and I asked about late checkout. Knowing the standard is one hour beyond the standard 12:00 checkout. Instead, they offered for us to check out at 16:00 and was told to relax in the pool until it was time. While in the pool that afternoon they brought some watermelon smoothies for us on the house!

We are already looking forward to seeing our new friends again when we arrive back in BKK from Koh Lanta.

Now I know why it is called Boutique Home, because you feel like you are with family. I fly to Thailand often and this will be My go-to place to stay while in BKK!

After four weeks in Thailand, we stayed at the U-Tiny Boutique Home for a final night before flying back to Germany. Because our flight was leaving very early, we were looking for a hotel near the airport. On tripadvisor we found this new hotel. And all we can say is that we highly recommend this place for many reasons.

First of all: this hotel is brand new - actually we arrived during the soft opening phase. Our room was big, neat and equipped with AC, ab big TV-screen, a Kingsize-bed and complimentary softdrinks and water in the minibar. The lobby/reception area is very cosy with nice design-elements - it feels like you are in a home rather than in a hotel. Very nice. The hotel complex has a nice pool which is illuminated at night. Perfect for a final pool-day.

The location: although the hotel is near to the airport, you don't get disturbed by any plane or traffic-noise. It is located right "in the middle of nowhere". Which is good, if you want to relax. On the other hand there are no restaurants or 7-elevens within walking-distance. But as we learnt there is a free transfer to the next skytrain-station...

The staff: the staff was really friendly and helpful. Their aim is to make you feel like you're at home. Mission accomplished! We felt very welcome and were happy about the free airport-transfer.

All in all, this the perfect place for stop-overs, and "first" or "final" days in Thailand.

We wish you all the best for the future. And many, many, many guests. You truly deserve it guys!

We felt like we were being welcomed by the family when we arrived. The reception was unbelievably welcoming and kind.

3 weeks ago when we landed In BKK, the tourist information center helped us booked a hotel. We paid twice as much and got far far less, in a tired, dark hotel. I wish we would have known about U-Tiny then!

At U-Tiny, you get so much for the money, a new, very clean room, comfortable bedding, a beautiful pool, a ride from the airport, great hospitality, great food., a free meal, complimentary water, a/c that works, a quiet setting, good sleep. Honestly, I would have paid 2x as much for this place.

It is close to the train if you want to pop into town, and I believe they will give you a ride to the train station as well.?

The staff speaks English. I used a pay phone in the airport to call for a pick up and they were there to pick us up about 15/20 minutes later.

This place rocks, I highly recommend it!

There is only one hotel opposite the airport that you can walk to which is very expensive and it is very long walk. Our hotel, U-Tiny Boutique Home is only about 7 kms away from Suvarnbhumi Airport.
