Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed for 6 weeks in total and absolutely loved it. The staff were wonderful and the location is perfect… close to the BTS, the gym, laundry and a 7/11. Quiet and peaceful, but still close to the action. I found the room clean and spacious. Great hotel!

Staying there for few weeks, I like it! The room is spacious with microwave. Clean and quiet, except the air-conditioner is a bit noisy occasionally (I suspect because I got the wrong remote control). Room keeping do the job properly, they clean and wipe everywhere. Though it is a bit walk from On Nut, it has Tuk Tuk service every hour. However, there is no washing machine facility here so either you have to walk few minutes to other place or you wash yourself. There is also a huge gym behind, less than 2 minutes walk!

10-15 mins walk to On Nut BTS or hourly hotel tuk-tuk. Local area has many food options and 2 malls nearby. The room is very spacious. The in-room safe is difficult to use. Very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Just a bit further than I prefer but al in all, very nice. Will return.

The hotel is clean and tidy with a proper lobby at the first floor and a cafe what serves meals. Each rooms has a balcony that you can do a bit exercise. Next door is a shop of the famous hard core gym the Muscle Factory where you can see muscle puffed guys walking around.

Me and my family stayed here for 6 nights, in a deluxe triple room. The beds was a bit hard, and being dependent of hotel tok-tok was a bit tedious. For 1500bath it was a ok stay. Staff was great and service minded, gave us some fun memories also.

While this place is definitely good and very well maintained, what makes it a let down is that the location of the place. Its very much inside and takes you atleast 15 to 20 mins to walk from the main road. There is a tuk tuk service for every 1 hr by the hotel but this makes it difficult to wait or for a pickup. Only works of you have enough time. This place, however is very well maintained.

Visited in April as the start of my one month holiday. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, WIFI worked well and staff we’re friendly and helpful. Pictures on booking.com are abit misleading but nonetheless the room is pleasant and clean and equipped with AC. Downside to the hotel is that it doesn’t have a pool and the location isn’t great. Takes a lot of travelling on trains, boats etc to get to the main attractions in Bangkok. However, it is a 5 minute drive to the BTS station and the TUK TUK will take you for free by a staff member at the hotel which is good. Overall a pleasant stay :)

The hotel was very great and the check in service was very fast. The room was clean and very well maintained. The only drawback of this hotel is that it far away from the bts but they provide free shuttle services to bts on nut and the timing is always displayed at front desk. The restaurant at hotel is great but they close very early around 8pm. Ohh main thing is that next to hotel there is tennis court so can play tennis there. Nisarg Patel

The Hotel ok ok, location not very accessible, but the worse is the behavior of night shift staff, very arrogant rude and not polite. I book true Booking .com and I specially requested for early check in around 7 morning, the property answer to me that was fine not problem so when I reach there at 6 o’clock the front desk person instead to kindly inform me that before 7 o’clock I can not checking as early check in, the gentlemen in a way not that nice was and a little rude he was trying to make us stupid telling me not early checking is not possible ecc bcs room full.. then when I ask him pls sir we are a little bit tired and my father he is old 72years old man he need some rest, he look at me and say if u want early checkin u have to pay full walking price, 😳... sorry first he told us he is full now if we pay extra one night he have availability... this is not normal, so I ask him sorry why the hotel accept my request and now u telling me to pay a full amount... and is not just for money is more a principle and moral question and plus also the way to speak and to treat people... this is was the worse experience in my life...
