We stayed there for one night and were very pleased. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The room was clean, the bathroom was in good condition, and the bed was perfect. The location is ideal just next to the royal palace. Definitely a good deal.

I’d had booked 2 rooms (superior queen) for 4 for 2 nights and once we arrived the hotel we were told that 2 connected rooms had been arranged for us. We gave a look and the single bathroom was reachable from 1 of the rooms only. Worse than that, apart from the beds, there were

Pros: Room was good. They could have used tinted glass (not view-able from outside) for the windows as we couldn't look out or keep the windows open as people walking on the streets kept staring into our room from outside. Otherwise, the room was very good and value for

Hello If you inform them by email, i think it will be okay. this is the beginning of the high season in Thailand, so I suggest you to be sure that there will be no problem for them. But they of course have the right to refuse you if they have a lot of customers waiting for a room. If you are planning to stay more than 3-4 days, you have an advantage but just for 1 night, it doesn't seem logic to hold the room. But do not worry, when you reach there, even if a problem happens, there is a hotel just opposite side of the read, beside 7-11 supermarket. It is a bigger and a better place and it will cost you more 300-500 baht than AU BON but at least you will find a place to sleep. And if everything goes so unexpected, I am sure that the reception in AU BON would help you to find a solution. I was there this summer and they are really helpful people. They have a night shift which was a young Thai lady waiting for the reception after 12am. So when you talk with the hotel, please ask the name of the person whom you are talking with and try to get their mobile number. And it can be a good idea to ask who will be at the night shift. It may make things easier. And the last time I took a cab from the airport to the hotel, the taxi driver asked for 450 baht and I said okay, i was so tired. Later I found that average is around 300-400 baht:) Good luck.
