A very nice and modern hotel with friendly staff. There was plenty of security staff on an evening to make you feel secure. The rooms are modern and of a good size. The bathroom is large and modern with good water pressure in the shower. The hotel has very nice gardens which are well maintained. The hotel shows plenty of...

I love the hotel and the people that work there but the bed was dangerous. The bed was built on a platform which went from side to side in the room. You had to remember to step up to it and to step down off of it. If you got up during the night to go to the bathroom you're...

I absolutely love the bed! It was firm enough for support but also very comfortable... the hotel was literally empty when we went, so it felt like our private property... the breakfast spread was great! Food was delicious and there was enough variety to fill one's stomach ... we didnt really check out the pool though as it was on...

My wife and I stayed her for 3 nights while doing a tour of North and Central Thailand. The hotel is a bit far to walk to the Old City, so a Tuk-Tuk or Taxi is recommended. The hotel itself is very well appointed. The rooms are quiet and clean, although the shower, as it seems everywhere is SE Asia,...

The hotel offered great service. The location on the river offered a quiet, serene spot for meals and or to relax in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My sister and I loved it and highly recommend. They do also provide a shuttle to the Sunday market and it is a 15 minute walk to the bazarre.

Stayed here with my family of two little girls, age 1 and 3. They loved this homey feel of being able to run out of the bottom floor gate and into the grass field garden. Pleasant, polite and respectful staff. Well organised hotel and a very nice Royal Project vegetable salad at the restaurant. Worth staying here!

The Aruntara sits on the Ping river and is quiet and serene. The staff could not be more lovely and accommodating. Having the nightly cocktail special along the river was a treat. Then for less than a $1 each you can be in the old town or the night market, which they will shuttle you to as well. Breakfast was...

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room is spacious with a large tub and a separate shower. The TV is small with very limited channels. I know you're suppose to be here to tour but when i get back to the hotel from a long tour, I'd like to relax and watch TV. Wifi was great (until the...

Situated on the river Ping, about 10 minutes by taxi to the walled city. Very pleasant, friendly staff and clean quiet hotel. Reasonably priced. Can really chill out. Have breakfast and dinner next to the river, lovely swimming pool, spa and small gym. Would recommend this if looking for small, quiet place slightly out of the centre.

Great service, great hotel with beautiful outdoor dining by the river. Bfast by the river as the sun rises is a wonderful experience. Beautiful rooms! Pool was a bit cold though. only a short taxi (tuk tuk) ride to the city centre (for 100Bhat or US$3).
