Yes! The host was really friendly and she gave us tips on where to go, what to see, and etc. She was kind enough to give our breakfast the night before since we had a full day of tours the next day. The rooms were really spacious that it can fit 5 people in the room. The bathroom was clean...

From the very beginning we were impressed with Elliebum, upon our arrival Gade's husband filled us in on places to go and suggestions on must do's while in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was delicious - most favorite the banana pancakes. Room was good size, clean, and well secured (there are only two rooms; a 2nd floor and third floor - we...

We spent several days in Chiang Mai staying at Elliebum & had a great time. The guesthouse is well located, small with terrific personal service. Our host Gade & her lovely staff were so friendly & helpful. The room, itself was large & quiet & the inclusive breakfast delicious. We loved Chiang Mai & were very sorry to leave. If...

This place is strange. They have only two rooms for rent and it is very messy in the half floor. The stair is very step and small, not so clean as well. The food quality was very poor and we were disappointed because the reality of the reviews in tripadvisor is not what the place really is. It is totally...

We are sorry that the guests did not enjoy their stay at Elliebum. The mezzanine is our laundry sorting area and is not normally accessible to guests. Our staircases are standard size (over a metre wide) and gradient, and are cleaned every day. Once again, we are sorry that the guests were not happy during their time here.

Spacious, comfortable room, we slept extremely well here, the room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well. Elliebum is very well located within the old city, which made Chiang Mai very walkable, which is very important to us. Breakfast is included in the cafe below, we felt Elliebum provided a very good value. The real treasure is the proprietress, Gade....

I checkin on Friday night and talked with the owner in advance. I suggested informing the owner of the check in time. This they can wait for you. The room...

We booked our stay at Elliebum for only 2 nights in Chiang Mai but ended up extending our stay for our whole trip. Elliebum has a lovey cafe with tasty breakfast, smoothies and friendly staff. Our host Gade made us feel so welcome, told us what to do in Chiang Mai and even took us on a food tour around...

Just coming to the end of our stay on the top floor. Great location inside the city walls. The room is very comfortable, clean and HUGE. 2 foldaway beds stowed in the corner. So they could easily accommodate 4 in a room at least. Decent bathroom, and without wishing to be too graphic, I arrived with a bout of food...

What a pleasure to stay with Gade and Paul at their lovely little guesthouse! The room was large and immaculately clean, the bed was comfy, and the tips and help we received from Gade and Paul were invaluable. There is a lovely selection of coffees, smoothies, and meal items for breakfast and lunch, and the location is close to everything...
