We stayed here a few nights and enjoyed the peaceful accommodations just outside the main square. The staff were very friendly and provided us with tons of information about directions and things to do. Highly recommended.

This little hotel was tucked away off the Main Street giving it a very local feel just a few minutes walk from the main strip along the old town wall. It was quiet and tranquil! The pool is small but was just the right size for us, enough to cool off! The grounds are very well kept and the staff...

I had 3 nights stay at there in January. The room is clean, nothing fancy but comfortable. The lobby and pool area are so beautiful. The stuff are really friendly and helpful, gave me a lot of advices on the things to do and places to eat. Im glad that I booked there.

The Castle is in a quiet area just outside of the old city, perfect for us as we could walk into the city but were never disturbed by noise at night. Rooms are very comfortable although a bit limited on drawer space, and the bedding was good. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected from the photos but...

I booked this hotel following my cancellation at a different hotel I have recently reviewed. This hotel was a step up from where I had stayed and the extra money was well worth it! This hotel is a bit out of the center of activity of Chiang Mai and it is quiet with comfortable rooms. It is perhaps an 8...

Stayed at the castle for 5 nights, it's a small cute hotel in a quiet area. It's location was also good as it was walkable distance to everything. Room was very clean and nice for the price. Only compliant I have is that the mattress was very firm, and was not comfortable. But overall good hotel and really nice service,...

We booked months ahead; despite several changes & variation, the management (Sunnee) replied very promptly, patiently & pleasantly, in good English. Castle is about 10-15mins from the airport. It is actually located 1 road in a quiet neighbourhood parallel to the ring-road (Sri Donchai road) along the city moat. Would seem intimidating to walk the "back lane" at night, but...

Stayed here three nights. Would not return in present state. Pros: 1. friendly staff and owner Cons: No hot water!! I heard others complaining and when I asked to switch rooms or shower in another was told all rooms are the same. It was 10 degrees and raining the entire time in Chiang Mai. There is no heat in the...
