I had a terrible experience since I arrived untill I get out from there. The room and the bed linen was dirty. When I arrived they put me in a room that was smelling gross, like a musty terrible smell, that gave me a headache, when I opened the fridge, it was also smelly. I asked if it was possible...

Booked their most basic room, with no air conditioner (fan only) and shared bathroom at the same floor since I knew I would only stay for two nights and not spend much time in the room. Reminded myself that I got what I paid for, and managed to put up with it. There is a sign posted in the room...

Really friendly staff, overall a nice place to stay. The lady at the activities desk is really helpful with any information required about Chiang Mai/Travelling to other cities/countries. Breakfast was good too, nice fresh fruit.

The Micasa Guest House is about 200 m from the Phae Gate, which is right in the heart of Chiang Mai! I was able to walk around the Square Center and get to restaurants, streetmarkets and temples in the city very easily. Also, the staff is very polite with good english, and very helpful in sharing information about tourist sites...

We checked in and were given a nice room with a double bed and a single bed and lots of Windows. We had a shared bathroom with one other room but we never saw them. The room had mosquito nets over the beds, mini fridge, AC,hanging space and a drying rack. We were very happy with it until the evening....

Was very happy with my 3 night stay at Micasa. It is well located: right outside oldtown to be quiet but close enough of everything. Nice place opened on the soi, with bright rooms. All services available (laundry, ticket office, etc). Only bad point was that cleaning was a bit light in the common bathroom and zero in my room.

I was really happy with my two-day stay at Micasa Guesthouse. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very cozy and clean. I paid 450 Baht for my room which is one of the cheaper rates of Chiang Mai. Considering this low price, the room was a great value. Unfortunately the doors are not very well isolated, so you...

This is a small guesthouse in a good location in downtown Chiang Mai. It is accessible down a narrow laneway behind a temple. My tuk-tuk driver knew the location. Service was pleasant enough and I had my room key in a few minutes. The building is old, but rooms have been renovated in a tasteful style each in a different...

Good position near the night market. You spend a little more that in a backpacker common hostel but you can easily understand why... Romms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom well working. One day I found that the light inside didn't work and they fixed it immediately. The girl at the tour help desk is very helpfull and kind!
