Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stay just one night. The location was good easily walkable to the main areas. Hotel is modern and clean and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We left before breakfast so can’t comment. The only thing that let the hotel down was the shower, it was awful. No power and cool to say the least (rom 303).

My wife and I stayed at H hotel for 4 nights. The hotel still looks very new even it has been opened for 1 to 2 years. The bed is comfortable and staffs are very polite and nice. Shower pressure is good. Surroundings have many street food and restaurants. We enjoy staying at this hotel and will be back again.

Newly built, clean, spacious and in a great location to explore the old town. Door lock on a room door was kind off broken and the towel rack was falling off the wall. We reported problems the same day, but they didn't solve them, they just removed the rack so we were left with no place to put towels. There was no hot water in the shower with low pressure. No many choices for breakfast and it's the same every day. There is some street food right in front of the hotel and a restaurant next to it, so in a way it's great, but it's really noisy.

We stayed here one night after we spend two days in the Cozy Inn hotel. This was a very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a good wifi connection (free) and the staff is very friendly. One guy helped us out with tours and we were very satisfied. Finally someone whom could speak English very well! We stayed on the ground floor, close to the reception. Not the best place if you ask me, because there can be a lot of noise. Especially in the mornings when breakfast is served. The location of the hotel is okay. The hotel is not located in the city center, but in this area there are a lot of things to do and visit, including some nice restaurants! The price/quality is very good and therefore I would recommended this place definitely to you.

Adjunto unas fotos. Excellent location. The hostel has been built last year, pretty new and confy. Hasn't got a lift but the staff take your luggage up there so nothing to worry about. Lovely receptionist, their attention was outstanding. Attach you'll find some pics of the room.

The H Hotel was not our first choice. Most of the places we wanted to stay were booked. We wanted a place inside the old city and ended up at the H. It is a new property with a small lobby/breakfast area and small, basic rooms. Staff members are young people with limited English. Rooms have only a few shelves to store clothes so the suitcases stayed unpacked. AC units are state of the art and quiet. TV channel selection is OK and includes FNN. Bathrooms are very small; shower floors can be slippery. Beds are firm and pillows are very hard. Noise from bar/restaurant next door dies down around 11pm.

The hotel is clean and new, but lacks needed comforts. It has a small balcony. The hallways are open to the restaurant next door, so the rooms are quite loud at night. The water in the shower was tepid, and never hot. When we asked the front desk about this, the girl came to the room and told us this was indeed as hot as the water gets. Bummer--hot showers are nice in Chiang Mai. The pillows were overstuffed and basically unusable, and no others were available. Our room was made up once in three days. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.

New Hotel. We stayed here for four nights; the staff are friendly, hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Allot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms. Located well with a trendy restaurant next door and owner and his wife will do anything to help guests. Thank you!
