Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful staff, from the reception, to the kitchen staff, to the cleaners.

Special shout out to the kitchen member who made a special plate of french toast just for me each morning, because he knew I was addicted to it. That kind of personalised service really makes a stay feel special.

The included breakfast is a great inclusion, and is of high quality too.

I aim to come back next year once coronavirus is over.

I guess the hotel is owned by Muslim, so its decoration is like an Arabian theme. Overall, the stay was pleasant for a budget range. Breakfast is good. Although the selection is limited, the taste is quite decent. Sleep quality is ok. This hotel is good for the $ you paid.

Hotel is very nice. Personell is good.
Rooms are

Pros:

1. Its an all new hotel. All facilities and amenities are new.
2. Friendly and helpfull staffs. Especially at the reception and concierge.
3. Moroccan style room interior.
4. Has extra guest activities on rooftop e.g. scheduled yoga class, umbrella painting etc.
5. Has a small souvenir shop selling local signature  products.
6. Has multiple selections of English-language movies and news channels.
7. Convenient for Muslim travellers. Easy access to a nearby mosque and a few halal food stalls and restaurants.
8. I personally think this a 3.5 star hotel but with a 4 star service rating.
9. Check in was easy. Checking out was less than 15 minutes and the receptionist was well trained and polite.
10. Extra assistance to order fast food from outside.
11. Room has Qiblat (Mecca) direction in the drawer.
12. Has a minibar, kettle and complimentary mineral water as well coffee (only).
13. Hotel does not serve any alcoholic beverages, thus very suitable for all.

Cons:

1. Very very limited parking space. Maybe less than 15  cars only.
2. Only 1 elevator. Waiting time can be extended during peak usage or presence of large number of guests.
3. Limited choice of daily breakfast spread.
4. A bit distance (about 2 km) from the famous Chiang Mai night bazaar.
5. Surrounding area seems to be quite after 9 pm.
6. No signage or indicator saying this is a fully certified Halal hotel.

Got to the hotel to check-in, but were told that they had to move us to another hotel due to electrical problems. We're promised a free ride back to the airport for our departure. Never had a chance to see what the room look like, so can't review anything about it. The hotel staff were friendly, and helpful. The free shuttle to airport didn't come on the date/time scheduled, do I had to call the hotel. They finally called paid Uber cars for us, but it were an hour late. We're barely make it on time for the flight. I rated 4 stars for the staff service with a little hiccup for the shuttle back to airport. Maybe next time we'll get a chance to stay at the hotel, and will see about the room.

The place is Muslim owned and best for Halal eateries. The resturant serves good food. Prices are very nominal for stay in chiang mai. The location of the hotel is a bit away from Hustle bustle but if u love to walk then u can easily reach old town and night markets easily.

My son and I stayed here on a recent trip. The rooms were decent size and clean, the staff was friendly. However, the beds are awful...felt like sleeping on a rock. It was also farther from the Old City than it appears. Breakfast was not great, very small selection, we ate out every morning. Lastly, with two people I would have expected two from keys. We were only given one and when I asked for a second I was told there would be a 300 baht deposit. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this was a first. Although not a lot of money, I found that to be poor service and we made do with one key. I would not stay here again.

A Muslin style hotel located not far from the city. There is two windows and one balcony for each room which is very clean and bright. There is also a platform yard on the top of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is simple but adequate enough to feed us.

Hotel restaurant is halal. Hotel is situated within the Muslim community area, so you can find halal restaurants nearby the hotel. Food are good and affordable. Shops are closed around 8 pm. Staff are helpful but speak little English.

It is my fear that some of the reviews on this hotel are either rigged or biased. This is certainly not a quiet stay and is in no way out of the bustle of the city. It is a hectic area with lots of traffic. There is no where near enough parking so if you have a car you'll most likely park on the street and possibly far away. Also, because it is a Halal area there is a place of worship very near by that constantly sings using a loud speaker all day and night. We were awoken by it at 5:30am. And the breakfast is not worth eating. It may be free but it isn't good. And the wifi is slow. Ok for the good... The room was very nice and clean and comfortable and for the price the room is quite nice. Also the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Would not return though. There are too many really cool places to stay in Chiang Mai for the same price.
