Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Convenient location in the Old town, very close to the Sunday walking street. However, the soundproofing is quite poor, I was startled at night because I heard the sound of motorbikes outside passing by. But the owner is very very friendly, the room is a bit small, but the decoration is very cute and quite full of necessary things.

The owners and staff go beyond courtesy to special consideration of a lodger's interests. I believe the people are most important when a traveler is in a new place and I can only complement everyone I came in contact with. I stayed two weeks, I found the room always spotless and the breakfast menu varied. I was given assistance arranging transportation for day trips and information about special events.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Chang Mai and loved our stay. We were welcomed by the lovely owner who made us feel so welcome and was super helpful with any questions we had! Breakfast every morning was simple but fresh and tasty so no complaints! The location was perfect for us with markets, restaurants and other great locations nearby. Our room was pretty small but very clean and perfect for just a couple of nights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend if visiting Chang Mai.

This quaint hotel is in an ideal, quiet location near the centre of Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms with all the amenities, and we had a peaceful sleep. Would have liked more options for breakfast but other than that we can’t fault it.

Stayed 3 nights at this property. Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for was not available on arrival so they upgraded us for the night which was nice, quick resolution to the situation which was much appreciated. We did need to go to the room we did pay the next two nights but that was ok. Yes it was a lot smaller but it was manageable. The rooms and the whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice and they had a small variety but it was quick to be cooked and delivered and tasted good. The hotel itself was on the other side of the old city but near one of the main temples. Chiang Mai old city is not so big and easy to walk around the whole place so the location was not an issue. Little red taxi/bus to take you around for 30baht (and even to the airport if needed) I think one of the biggest selling points was the lady who checked us in. Big smile helpful and always chatty and helpful. The owners were also onsite often and were welcoming and approachable for information and tips on things to do. Saturday night head to the market not far from the hotel just outside the old city. 20min walk or even quicker taxi/bus ride. Good place.

We stayed at Deluxe Suite Room. It has a sofa and a chair. The room was clean and beautiful, the bed and pillows were comfortable. All staffs were very friendly. They have coffee shop downstairs. This hotel didn't have elevator, so if you have many lugages better stay at the second floor.
