5 stars for what it is! Great, central location, safe and clean. The owners are friendly (and speak English). Private rooms with private bathroom. Nice breakfast options are included. Please note there is not a lift, so you may need to carry luggage up stairs.

Pros : Receptionist speaks English, awesome location within the old city quarter, reasonable prices, friendly staff Cons:wifi does not work, no lift, room service was virtually non existent ( this was a very big issue for me because nobody wants to come back to a messy room after a long day), basic breakfast, cats everywhere!

Great location, clean, great prices, super friendly staff. Not a 5 star hotel and no pool or elevator, but if you want an easy place to stay, centrally located, in a lovely neighbourhood, with spotless rooms, and cheerful people, that's it. I love this place.

We stayed there for 2 nights and I must say it's our most budget yet comfortable stay. We like the balcony bathroom. The breakfast is ok, I would recommend Egyption egg with fruit salad for more healthier choice. For the price I really highly recommended for the stay. Outside the apartment also have very nice Japanese restaurant and a local...

I visited Chiang Mai back in June 2014. Having not heard about where I should stay, myself, my partner and a close friend of mine took a punt at this little place. It was cheap but was also located very conveniently. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone has already mentioned it, but it has a very unique bathroom...

The location is very central, with taxis nearby for travel across town. The staff is proficient at English and very friendly. Whenever I had any additional requests such as borrowing an umbrella or getting directions to a nearby establishment, they gladly helped me. I shared a twin bed room that was of a decent size, clean, and modern looking. Sliding...

We stayed there for a month in July. Very clean - all the rooms have been renovated within the past year or two. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Rooms are small but well organized with a big nice soft mattress, fridge, and flat screen. The bathroom is on the porch which is kind of novel. The price was 7000...

Not a bad hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with free water every day. I liked the outdoor bathrooms as well! The a/c was a bit dated, so it made a bit of noise. Also for the price you pay (900 baht) it probably wasn't the best. Great staff.

We arrived at this location on June 1st and stayed there for 2 nights For backpackers its a good location, restaurant and bar near the river. Its a very old GH and its a pity that the bedsheets is only cleaned up after 3 days! Staff is very friendly, they even speak Dutch!
