This hotel is located on a quiet street just off the main street where you can get SongThiaw easily. Fits my criteria of quiet, safety and convenience. Diagonally across the road is a big shopping mall where you can get your clothes altered, eat Western, India, Thai food etc although I would choose to go to the night markets for...

Pillows too high resulting in discomfort on neck for my wife and I, spent 4 nights there from January 26th to 30th. Breakfast were a disappointment, location was okay as some malls within walking distance. When we booked the time we were informed of pool view and a balcony but they gave us car park view. Checking in was also confusing...

A group of four of us stayed for 8 nights. Sakulchai Place is located in a quiet soi off Huey Kaew road. It is a short walk to the busy street to catch red bus and to go to Tops supermarket or Central dept store. It was easy to get around from here. There are several western style coffee shops...

This is a clean and efficiently run hotel where things work! It is in a good location just off Huay Kaew near Central shopping centre. The staff are helpful and pleasant. It's quiet, the beds are comfortable & the pool is clean. I stayed there for 9 days and really enjoyed my time, highly recommended!

Nothing fancy yet clean and no frills - well you are not paying for it either. Good location to get to other parts of the city. Friendly staff. Save your money for wonderful massages at HHC massage which is in walking distance. Would recommend for a quick trip to Chiang Mai 😊

Stayed here over Thanksgiving 2016 as an alternative to the old city - walking distance to the Niman area. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, tv has English channels, and the pool is awesome! We spent multiple mornings there - they offer poolside fresh fruit smoothies. Breakfast was not included in our room but was affordable at 80B a...

We stopped at this hotel for one night, the location is quite good, not too far from the old town and close to restaurants and a shopping plaza. We had a room on the 5th floor at the back which was mainly quiet except it is close to the airport flight path, but they don't fly that often, and we...

Hotel is off the main rd and therefore very very quiet at night. The no alcohol policy is terrific (note that I love to drink!!). The policy promotes a relaxing and very quiet atmosphere. The people at the check-in area are lovely and very knowledgeable re tours and general advice. They actually suggested tours that had more inclusions and were...

A last minute trip to Chiang Mai found us looking for something fast that was reasonably priced & not too far out of town. Sakulchai Place caught our eye & we are sooooo glad it did! The lobby & staff are very welcoming, it has a real vacation feel around the pool & restaurant. Our rooms were lovely with great...

We stayed at Sakulchai Place in a twin room for four nights. It is excellent value for money with all the amenities of a more expensive hotel. That said, the free breakfast is very basic consisting of eggs (any way), sausage, bacon and toast or rice porridge. There is also fried rice and a salad bar. This is not the...
