I originally booked a singlee room with fan but the heat of the room was unbearable. I actually moved into the dorm where my friends were staying. However the "air con" advertised was terrible. You couldnt feel it at all and they would onky put it on at 8pm. One day everyone in the dorm was realky suffering and someone...

Its one of the cheaper places and for the price its ok. I think its never booked out if you are looking for a place. There are rooms in the front which are ok but small, and rooms in the back which are larger but terrible - full of moskitos and just old.

The room was OK but not more. As in many guesthouses you get a blanket/ duvet and not a sheet to cover you. A bit surprising in the beginning, but this is quite common in guesthouses. The staf is very kind and helped us in all ways. The guesthouse is very central situated, perfect for a walk in the town.

We had the double bed room with a fan 450 baht per night. The room had ants, the water in the bathroom didn't drain from the floor and was constantly wet, and the window was directly opposite of a restaurant so the room wasn't quiet at all. Stayed the three nights we had booked but changed places after that. Don't...

Lanna Guest House is a pretty decent hostel in Chiang Mai. We take a double bed room with a fan and a private bathroom for 300 BHT; very cheap. The room has got a window which faces the corridor, not the outside and that makes it a bit stuffy but is OK for one night. In the hostel there is...

Nice guesthouse in nice area. The stuff is helpful. The Rooms are clean with hot shower and Smoking area to sit outside. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Beds are hard like every where in Thailand. Next is an 7/11 and you can hire a Scooter next door for 150 baht. Opposite there is a good...

We were put in a room at the very back of the hostel/hotel. We had booked a twin room with private bathroom for two nights - we left and found a new hotel after the first night (without a refund - even though the alteration/cancellation rules on the site we booked through afforded us one). The building/s are old and...

Its cheap so don't expect the best. But my shower heater didnt work thus cold showers and there were cockroaches living in the bathroom. Odd layout of the property with tattoo palour in foyer. Staff were friendly and eager to help, and it is in the right location for the walking street market.
