This property is super cute, the night time bartender was extremely friendly and made amazing cocktails. Breakfast was very good, amazing presentation, and quite a few options for Thailand standards.

2 minor complaints. We stayed in a suite as well as a normal guest room. Both walls were paper thin, keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
Pool is not heated (thankfully we didn’t plan on using it but if we did I wouldn’t have been pleased)

The hotel is fabulously decorated in the classic Thai style with well-designed furnitures. I got chilled at the pool while my husband doing the exercise at the small gym (it opened 24/7). There is the spa in the hotel as well and we did Thai massage package with buy one get one free promotion. The staffs are always welcomed and helpful. Breakfast's served at the restaurant only but it takes just 20 mins. to get our food after order so that's fine.

Perfect choice for those who wish to stay within the walls of the city’s historic center and easily traverse to the nearby temples and markets. The luxury hotel features stylish suites alongside traditional touches and an ambient and delicious on site restaurant. We loved the tranquil pool and inviting lobby lounge ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. You’ll find all you need and more within steps of your room and the staff are eager to assist and advise on how to have the most memorable trip in the amazing city.

We adored The Chiang Mai Old Town Hotel. The hotel is truly a ‘boutique’ hotel that was obviously designed by a talented architect and interior designer. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner, and they had a nightly happy hour with live music sometimes in the courtyard. The staff was very professional and courteous. We went for a Thai massage in the spa which was perfect after a busy day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again !

The hotel is a real gem to stay in Chiang Mai. Such a very peaceful and tranquil space to escape from the busy city scene. The place is very stylishly decorated yet cozy and comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean, with truly thoughtful design. All my gadgets landed nicely in the abundance of charging outlets in different spots in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and of high quality. Members of staff were totally helpful and professional. Location was very convenient for walking around the old town. The great addition was the tasty and creative food at Vorra restaurant. I didn't try the spa but my friend who did said it was superb. Was a truly perfect stay and definitely will come back!

This hotel is located in the city centre but the moment you walk into the hotel, right away you feel peaceful and relaxing. I think this is a great place if you want to stay within the city but still wanting that little escape feeling from the busy city centre. The live music at restaurant towards the end of the day also makes the environment much more relaxing and it adds on to the experience of your stay. The rooms are spacious and I think it is decorated very nicely and luxurious.

The Chiang Mai Old Town, located at the heart of this historic city, was a perfect luxurious sanctuary during our visit to Chiang Mai. We loved being at the centre of all the action, surrounded by local eats and temples but relaxing beside the tranquil pool and in our elegant suite after days of sightseeing. The inviting restaurant was a beautiful space to enjoy a quiet breakfast or order comforting poolside dining. The Heritage House Suite with Balcony was both stylish and functional featuring a cozy separate lounge area that easily converted into a bedroom for the children. We highly reccomened this property for those looking for a fusion of tradional Thai details alongside modern design and five star facilities and service.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. We were upgraded to the suite with balcony which was a big plus.

The room was tastefully decorated with modern luxury touch, hard wood floor, blacked-out curtain and a very nice bathroom. The queen size sofa bed was perfect for our kids with bedsheet and additional blankets.

Apart from the occasional dog barking noise in the morning, our family slept very well through the night.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for couple or family travelers.

After hopping around different hotels in 6 years , I finally found my permanent hotel. The hotel is about a year old and you’ll find everything you need here. Their staffs are very attentive and helpful, foods are amazing ( especially their breakfast), rooms (bed) are probably the most comfortable compare to any hotels, pool is golden and they have gym (24 hours accesible) and the very best is the bartender Nam or NamProud. She makes the best cosmos and Thai chilly margarita. She will make your cocktails however you want. The night watchman Mr Comal ( I hope I didn’t butcher his name) is very funny guy and helpful regarding local foods and places to visit.

I loved everything about this hotel from their location ( 15 mins walk to the old gate) and free shuttles. I already recommended to my friends who will visit next month, and to everyone else. See you in 3 months.

This hotel is one of the best hotel that I'ever visited. I am traveling around the world but I can say that the quality of service here is very high. The hotel is located inside Chiang Mai's old town walls, giving you the possibility to reach easily a lot of touristic attractions. It looks amazing, with a modern Lanna architecture that gives you peace and tranquility, especially when you are relaxing in the swimming pool or breakfast area. All the rooms are very big, with comfy king size beds, relaxing area with couch, working desk, private luxury room with huge shower, balcony with view over the temple that is across the street.
Apart from the very nice and intimate swimming pool, the hotel has also a gym room opened 24/24 and a wonderful spa where you can relax after a busy day. Staff is always at your service, smiling and available to help you with any kind of information. This is one of the hotels that don't offers you only a place to stay, but an amazing experience. I would definitely come back here next time.
