My friend and I shared a two bed room for four nights in November 2016. We were there for Loy Krathong and other festivities. Our room was on the 4th floor and was very clean. The beds were a little hard, but we were fine. The breakfast buffet was good - American and Thai food. The location of De Lanna... More

I loved my 4 night stay at De Lanna! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I left my mobile charger in the room and they rushed it down to me as I was leaving. I originally booked a superior room but decided I would rather the Deluxe Pool View. They upgraded me and it was worth the extra $15pn.... More

Great location in the old city with nice, friendly staff but noisy at night - from the street and other rooms. Breakfast is very good, the rooms adequate and interesting architecture. We were delighted that the Sunday night walking markets started one block away from the hotel. Good, cheap places to eat all around the hotel.

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your return here for the second time. Sorry for our maid that maybe she has something concentrate on and not pay attention to your greeting. We will improve overall services and staffs to meet our high service standard. Looking forward to serving you again in your next visit. Sincerely yours, More

A beautiful hotel that takes you off the busy streets of Chiang Mai into a quite green retreat. If you are there on a weekend then visit the street market. The hotel is also close to several wats. The staff is most helpful so you will have no trouble finding your way

Stayed twice in 2 weeks. Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are awesome. Bathroom is large too. For best rooms, ask for pool views. The bed is a king size and so comfortable. I would stay here again. It is in the old city, so everything is close, walking distance to the Sunday walking market. Better market then night bazaar, more local... More

Stayed at the De Lanna hotel for one night prior to a 3 day golden triangle trek. The hotel is well located and close to many of the old towns temples. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, a good size with a modern bathroom and large shower (although this did flood the bathroom... More

Was here for two nights and I cannot say anything wrong about their service. They picked me up at the airport, and even tough I arrived at 12pm and check in was supposed to be at 2pm, they had a room ready for me. The room was very clean. Breakfast was more than I expected. They had good Thai food... More

Housekeeping went in the room when I was in the bathroom and took the phone from my bed when my boyfriend was checking out in the reception. They turned the phone off and when they heard I was there threw it to the balcony of the room next door. Thank god there were people in the room next door who... More

Dear Patricia, This case I already declared you that there's no evidence that our maid took your phone and threw it to the balcony. The guest next door found your phone at the wooden wall between your room and his room while they were out at the balcony for dry their clothes. Our maid and our bellboy helped you at... More
