So, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Peaberry but I think, based on all the TA reviews, that I was expecting more. Sue at Reception was lovely and someone brought our bags to our room (two flights up so appreciated!) but that's where the specialness ended. It was a clean guesthouse with ok breakfast (not good if you can't...

We enjoyed our stay at the Peaberry. Easy access to the airport, right on the edge of the old town. Easy walk to more touristy area. The hotel is on a main road which is quite busy. Some of the road noise can be heard from the rooms but it was not enough to be bothersome to us. Breakfast was...

The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast in the morning, it's situated on the edge of the inner city limits with plenty of taxis around. It was the staff though that made the 3 day stay there all the more enjoyable, very helpful and attentive. Would definately stay there again if we went back to chiang mai!!

Great little place in old city Chiang Mai. We found this place after having a horrible guesthouse experience and we were glad we did. It affords all the basics of a hotel/motel and their breakfast was great! Staff was friendly, helpful and eager to make sure our stay was pleasant. Price is probably a bit on the high side for...

This was our first ever visit to Thailand and Chiang Mai was our first stop. After nearly 24 hours of travelling from the UK we arrived at The Peaberry at about 11am and were worried because it was much earlier than the official check in time. We needn't have worried though because as soon as we stepped out of the...

I dont normally write reviews whilst still where we're staying, but this had to be an exception given how amazingly we've been looked after by Kishore, his family and staff. The hotel is well located on outskirts of the Old Town away from the hustle and bustle. But we've easily walked into the middle of the town to key sites...

We stayed here recently for 4D/3N and we booked a junior suite for our family. Rooms were clean and quiet, double sinks, bathtub and a separate shower stall as well. Breakfast provided every morning, simple yet substantial. Location is good for exploring the old city and we even managed a day tour to Chiangrai with the help of manager/owner Kishore,...

From the moment we checked-in, our stay was nothing less than perfect with Kishore and Sue ever-ready to help us with information on tours, attractions,...

What a fabulous experience! We stayed at The Peaberry for 5 nights on our first ever trip to Thailand. We chose this hotel based on the great feedback of the staff on Trip Advisor, and our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded! We were greeted by name upon arrival, and given a room on the second floor facing...
