I met the owners (May and Num) during Songkran this year and they are the nicest and most accommodating people I've met in Chiang Mai. I needed a place to stay for a week and they gave me an awesome private room on the top floor with a balcony, air con, private bath, king bed, fridge, couch, table, desk, closet,...

I stumbled upon this place out of sheer luck, and I am so glad I did. The owners Num and May are so friendly and helpful. (May makes a great Mojito!) The place has free wifi, laundry service, its clean, safe, great location, quiet, and they offer free drinking water with refillable bottles. They also have a variety of rooms...

You can tell the owners really love what they do and everyone speaks well of them Gearing for the backpacker crowd and more the long term crowd that will be here a while, they offer a great location and low prices, And soon you will be part of the family too there

I love Thai Coconut! I stayed here for a couple weeks in September 2012, and I loved it so much that I'm back for long-term stay through April/May 2013. The owners are the sweetest people who make you feel like a part of the family. The location is fantastic - it's just north of Thapae Gate and Somphet Market as...

Thai Coconut House is a great find in Chiang Mai. The rooms are clean and affordable, and the people who run the guest house are two of the nicest you will meet in Thailand. They are always cheerful, friendly and eager to help with everything you need, from arranging a tuk-tuk or visa run, to supplying you with all your...

Everything about this guesthouse is good. The people are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean with fan, toilet and warm shower. Compared to other guesthouses I would say this place is the best value for money. We checked in on Jan 21 st and will be leaving on Jan 31st (unfortunately). We will always come back here...

This place is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect - walking distance to all tourist attractions but a few sois down from the louder areas. The rooms on the top 2 floors are shockingly spacious and so nice, with air-con, king size beds, and refrigerators. Balconies look out over the city with clear views of Doi Suthep in the distance....

Stayed on a recent visit to Chiang Mai. May the owner was very helpful and always there with a smile when I saw her. The rooms are small, but for the price charged they are actually more than adequate, costing less than some hostels and you get a private room and bathroom. The hotel is on the edge and inside...
