I thought this was a very nice hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived we learned that there was only one bed in the room, but that may have been due to the fault of our tour operator and not the hotel staff. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to confirm your room type before actually traveling . The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was decorated so nicely and had a very relaxing vibe. The pool looked nice and clean although I didn’t get in it due to limited time. I was only able to catch breakfast one day but I enjoyed the French toast meal. I thought the breakfast was definitely better than I expected for it to have been included with the room price. It would be a nice touch if the hotel made tea and coffee available throughout the day for guests. Maybe that is something that can be considered for future guests. The hotel location was good for us. We were easily picked up for local tours for no additional costs by local tour companies. We also were able to conveniently get to and from a local night market. I would recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is located in a very convenient area. Everything is a little tighter than it shows in the photos, but it was very comfortable and nice. Breakfast is ordered from a menu, and they are very accommodating to make what you would like. Across the street is a wonderful restaurant - The House by Ginger that I would highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Pros
Shower area is spacious and neat. Good pressure. Good hot water.
Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows.
Breakfast was reasonable. A set menu however one can order as much.
Saltwater pool was nice and warm.
Walking distance to Thapae Gate and therefore close to many small restaurants, bars and shops.
Tranquil, clean and peaceful hotel.
Strong and stable wifi.
A small area dedicated to fitness with basic equipment.
Check-in and out was swift and seamless.

Cons
Smokers should not consider this hotel. Smoking not allowed in the balcony. Very small area designated as a smoking area where too one does not find an ashtray.
Balcony opens up against a wall.
Staff and service not very personable or helpful except one lady by the name of Kiaw.
A one and a half hour late check out was given with a charge of 300 THB.
A much over rated cocktail bar.
No invoice given at checkout.
Usually Thai staff are very pleasant and warm when saying goodbye. The staff at this hotel, was a little sullen in this aspect.

I stayed 3 night with my family in this boutique hotel.

Conts:
• The ‘core business’ of a hotel is to provide a good night rest. Unfortunately, this was in our case not possible (room 103) There is so much noise all over.. The management did their best to limit the nuisance for their guest (earplugs in room, signs which ask the guest to be silence) but the noise during the night is still terrible. In my eyes management should close the property for some months, fix the noise problem and start over again.

Pros:
• Great boutique hotel, central location
• Small but convenient pool
• Amazing architecture / great vibe.

Due to the fact that I had three horrible nights I will not return to this hotel

The hotel has a lovely modern design with some elements of Thai design overall.
The room configuration is modern and easy to stay.
Absolutely no noise cancelling, paper walls
The front door is not sealed and the cleaners room was just outside from 6am the talking of staff, sweeping of brooms, and taking things in and out of the cupboard.
We decided on the private pool villa. This is lovely and luxurious to have but not up to expectations.
The room supplied, was opposite the kitchen window, so the smells and noise from the kitchen wasn’t ideal.

Luxury boutique in a good location

Hotel located in the centre area. Easy to visit main attractions in the city. Room facility are great. We like the scent of shampoo and body wash. Its so refresh. The hotel design is also beautiful and photogernic. Breakfast, there are few options to select whether english or thai breakfast. Pool is quite small but I like how they create the vibe with the mist in garden and pool. So good!

This is a modern very well thought out boutique hotel in a good location for exploring Chiang Mai.

The pool area is small but a nice place to chill out in (as long as not too many of the other guests have the same idea at the same time). The rooms are nice and clean and well lit with very comfortable beds. The sink and shower are a little crammed in.

The breakfast is à la carte and you can order what you want and the staff are very helpful, but we had better breakfasts on our travels

Overall, the hotel is very beautiful and designed. Outside the entrance of the hotel it isn’t the nicest street onto a very busy main road but it’s not that hard to get around and into the main parts of Chiang Mai

We had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon. The room was AMAZING! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful with navigating the area. The night market is only a 15 min walk from the hotel (we went on Sunday for the big one!) and across the street you can find a mini market, massage, and cafe’s. Highly recommend!

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The hotel is lovely and the staff are so helpful, they booked taxis for us every day and helped us book all our excursions. You have a welcome drinks and there is even a computer in the lobby to search for things to do around the area. Breakfast was delicious and the pool is small but perfect for the amount of guests staying. The rooms were lovely. It’s so close to a 711 too which is helpful.
