I stayed here for 3 days over new years eve. The location is great its about a 10-15 minute walk to the night bazaar and all the night life but its a nice stroll across the bridge. Its about a 20 minute stroll to Tha phae gate. It is close enough but just far enough for it to be a... More

This is a nice guesthouse. But its more of an upmarket guesthosue than a hotel. Its a long walk to the night bazaar or the other "happening" parts of town. can get a bit noisy at night. Nice staff, well decked out rooms. If it was a few hundred TBH cheaper, it would be great.

Been staying here long term (over a month) while taking a course in Chiang Mai. Baan Chonpakorn has become "my home". The rooms are spacious, very clean and pretty well appointed for guest houses in this price range.
