We spent 3 nights at the hotel and had a great time during the Songkran. Great location, close to everything you need, night market, restaurants,etc... The breakfast and food at the hotel was good. Nice pool area for adults and kids. Take trip and spend magical day with Elephants at Baan Chang Elephant Park Chiang Mai.

It is dated as people say and I was worried it wasn't clean. It seemed better cleaned after our first day/night. Just watch out not to stub your toes on the wheels under the bed!!! Blood everywhere with white sheets!!! Beds n pillows are horrific and uncomfortable let alone the noise of DIY constantly! Even at 8.30 in the morning!...
