Good value for a hotel in Chiang Mai. The bedrooms need updating though but everything still works fine. The hotel itself is in an excellent location. Literally a couple of minutes walking distance from the old town and at night time has plenty of delicious street food stalls on its doorstep.

Short drive to the centre city. Breakfast included with good options! Room was clean and had a safe. Staff were friendly too and nothing bad to report. But is maybe too expensive for the backpacking students. Oh and hard beds

Do not be fooled by the pictures, this hotel is one to avoid. Even while checking in the staff were rude and unhelpful. Our bathroom was tiny, the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and the floor was covered in ants!! We got more bug bites in our hotel room than anywhere else. They charged us 200baht for... More

Exceptionally rude staff, smelly damp rooms, horrible breakfast. Charged 200B for a towel that they hadn't washed and was dirty in the first place, I asked to borrow a pen from reception and was told 'no'. Room service is advertised but there is none. Only thing that was good was the location but there are many much nicer guest houses... More

This is a welcoming and friendly hotel. The front of hotel staff were pleasant and all smiles. We were tired after a long flight, they didn't rush us to register. After going to our room we went down to reception to do the necessary paperwork. The room is very large with a large double bed. There are tables and chairs... More

The location was great but we did not realise that this hotel was part of a chinese package tour, there were people coming and going all the time, coaches of chinese people coming late night. They were banging doors and shouting which kept us up both nights there. The staff were helpful but sound it hard to understand english. Download... More

I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating as the staff are really helpful, but it was quite possibly the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Located near Chang Phuak Gate on the edge of the old city walls, it's location is good, being a short walk to temples, the Three Kings monument and Sunday Walking Street markets.... More

We got this hotel as part of a travel package with SpringTour (a travel agency in China), so we're not too sure how much it works out to per night. Also, because this hotel came as part of a Chinese tour package, the majority of guests at this hotel were Chinese tourists and therefore the hotel catered very well to... More
