The room we stayed in was clean and pretty nice, pool on the roof, close to main area(100baht tuk tuk ride), service on pool bar was non existent, breakfast was large and included but not best quality. Can't go wrong for price tho.

I had a huge room, with a huge corner view and sofa etc. I think I got a free upgrade because of booking with Hotels.com. The hotel is a couple of miles from the bazar, you can walk or take a songtheaw to there if you wish. Imposing lobby, friendly staff, reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

Average rooms in an average hotel. The entrance o the place is spectacular giving the impression of something very grand --NOT. The rooms are small and my bed was rock hard. The breakfast was decent for the price.

After arriving in our nice and clean room (including bath ropes and slippers) we got a few welcome presents, we felt like a vip! Only thing I would like to see added to the hotel would be a gym. Love the happy hour at the pool on the roof with great views of the city.

This hotel is likely 30+ years old. Physically, it is in great condition, rooms clean, beds good, etc. At its peak, before the big chains came to Chiang Mai, it would have been one of the "go to" places, complete with conference rooms, banquet centre, etc. But, it has not kept up with the times. Two things in particular to... More

Booked an upgraded room on a hotels.com promotion. Mentioned our honeymoon and received an elaborate gift basket. Great amenities. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Hotel could use some upgrades and some staff members could be a little friendlier but overall did a great job accommodating us. Pool was nice and clean and we had it to ourselves :)

Stayed for two separate nights before and after trekking, Welcoming reception area, basic but clean and comfortable rooms. Low shower - had to stoop. Kids loved the pool area on the roof. Happy hour drinks were very welcome! Short tuk tuk ride from night markets.

This hotel was pretty nice. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom which always had hot water and good water pressure. I wasn't very impressed with breakfast but I have yet to be impressed with any breakfast in Thailand for Americans.

I stayed here for two nights in August. It's a nice hotel, clean and with good facilities. The room I had was large and clean, with a good powerful shower and basic toiletries provided. There are plenty of power points - you can use US or European style plugs in them. The bed was comfortable and soft. The door has... More

I only stayed at this Hotel 3 days ago. It would without doubt be the worse Hotel that I have stayed during my many years at staying at many Hotels worldwide. The maximum rating could only be a 2 max. The Hotel is completely devoid of providing any help to any of its guests. There very little English spoken by... More
