Maybe there is new management? Staff is friendly but totally incompetent. They do not speak a word of English, so cannot help with tourist information, transport, or anything else. Emails sent (to arrange pickup or bring up quality issues) remain unanswered. Shuttle service into the city is no longer free, rather more expensive than taxi. Rooms are big, but very...

We have stayed there for three nights and there haven't been many other guests. I think it depents on the fact that it has been low season in august. The pool and garden have been nice, room was also ok, but we had no warm water, just cold or hot. The service has been good, room clean up every day,...

The place is charming, and the few staff left (one chauffeur and two maids) are very kind and obliging. But I guess the owner is saving money during the low season, not appointing a full time receptionist, so I spent several times hanging for 10 minutes in an open front desk with no bell and just a phone number that...

We only stayed overnight at this boutique resort. There is no restaurant but the balcony breakfast was very good. We selected the hotel because it is very close to Promanada Immigration office.
