Location is pretty good. About 15minute walk to the main walking streets of Chiang Mai. Reception staff aren't that good at English so quite difficult when you need their help. Tour booking lady at fromt of hotel is very helpful and friendly. She helped us book an amazing elephant day care and also an early morning taxi to the airport....

This hotel is just about 5-7 min walk from Tha Pae Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old City. The fixtures and furnitures were kind of old and dated, even the carpet but they pretty much make it up in space. We booked 2 connecting rooms with twin beds. Very big rooms. They make up the room daily...

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Nothing much to comment as it's a budget serviced hotel.Breakfast choice is limited and staff are not friendly, they don't seem to be happy everyday. Room are spacious but old, but this is what you expect for the price you pay. Quite a distance to shopping mall and nite market, you need to take...

Our rooms are spacious and with the view of sunrise in the balcony. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and keen to our needs. The location is okay if you want to be away from the busy streets. Better to take a tuktuk if you want to go to the night market but is okay to walk going to the...

Spent three nights here after an overnight stay at Chiangrai. It serves its purpose as a basic place to rest at an extremely affordable price. The room is generous in size but a bit too dark for my liking. The location is somewhat neither here nor there. It's not near to the city centre where the night bazaar is. It's...

The room are very disgusting, we booked a double room and we got a twin room with two single beds. Hotel is very dirty/run down and the personal wasn't helpful at all. Do not stay here. We tried to get a double room and we were told that every double rooms was booked. I don't get since we booked 2...

Room was nice and clean, very helpful staff and nice pool area, had a really nice view from our room off a small balcony which was lovely. Location was good and just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Chiang Mai, however on the 3rd floor the Wifi didn't work well at all, otherwise everything was good and we...

I'm genuinely surprised at some of the negative comments for this hotel! I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Big, modern hotel with quite a posh feel about it. The location is fine also. I don't see a 10 minute walk to the square to be a bad location? Stayed for 7 nights. Room was cleaned everyday...

We stayed here for 30 nights and were very comfortable. Yes, the hotel needs some refurbishment, but our room was large with lots of storage and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the pool was clean and cool. We patronised the onsite restaurant several times, and the food was very nice. The reception staff were...

Stayed here for 1 night and was really disappointed. Not the best location and rooms are dirty/run down. It's not expensive but you can definitely get better value for money in the old town (which is the best place to be). In shortly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
