Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed here with 3 friends in January, and I really have no complaints at all. The hotel itself is a 10 min tuk-tuk journey outside of town, 15 mins from the airport, and perfect if you want to relax. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, bathroom was amazing, and the hotel kindly gave us adjoining rooms. The hotel complex itself is fairly small, but it's all you need. Cannot thank the staff enough, they were exceptional and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We basically had the hotel to ourselves!

Beautiful and well-designed, the room is. spacious and cozy bed. The pool area offers a stunning view of the river and the white pagoda. Excellent location close to the night bazaar shopping and the Chiangmai airport. Highly suggested!

This is a small but very impressive boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. Less than 20 rooms, very privacy, nice atmosphere, great view and very attentive staffs. Located a bit out of city center away from the busy and noisy areas but not too far to get to all attractions.

Do not book here. I pre-paid for a 7 night rental and could not leave. Although the rooms are beautiful and modern, with great views of the Ping river, it all is negated by the relentless construction noise, coming from the restaurant remodel. It ruined my stay here. All day long, 7 days a week; hammers, buzz saws, loud noise from workers. Of course, no one told me of this when I booked or when I checked in.
I soon found out.
Also guests are reminded to wear masks, as I did, but 30% of the staff working did not. Curious.
I do not recommend. You have been warned.

We stayed here for 6 nights - The luggage was not picked up by the bell staff at the hotel. So we ended up carrying the 3 x heavy luggage's up the stairs.

The decor of hotel is good. However, there is lot more room to improve the service.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus into town (limited time) or Travel via Uber taxi and save yourself nearly 50% in price than Tuk Tuk taxi.

This place just needs some details changed in our opinion to make it a great stay.

As a group of 4 couples we stayed here for four nights we found this place after looking at 3 very expensive hotels which were a lot bigger but were no where as beautiful and luxurious as this place the others were old and very out dated..,then we found this beautiful place your own house would not be as lovey and beautiful as this . The grounds are magical with little quirky garden features and art beautiful landscape gardens and an amazing pool the breakfast was second to none cooked freshly as you order the food and the cocktails are to die for... the food menu is delicious and fresh.. the staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.. I have to say we didn’t want to leave .. you will not be disappointed that is why I have given it 5 stars 🌟 I love 💕 this place

I was skeptical when I booked and I’m
so glad to have been surprised with how perfect this resort is!
Only negative is the water pressure for the bath, which I believe is caused by being so close to the river the plumbing can’t be dug deep without hitting the water table. That’s my amateur deduction. Honestly I think as an American we are just used to large amounts of blasting water which is really quite wasteful-but I digress, over all this resort is phenomenal!

A small boutique hotel on the banks of the Ping River.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Since the hotel does not have an elevator, we had requested for a room on the ground floor. The room was spacious and well appointed. The small patio alllows you to go to the pool directly.
The infinity pool is a salt water one and has a lovely view of the Square pagoda temple on the opposite bank of the river.

The entrance to the hotel is on the main road but one has to negotiate a flight of steps. My wife has a problem with her knee and finds it difficult to climb steps. One of the staff opened the side gate with a ramp and we used that, throughout our stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the the bathroom amenities were good and in eco -friendly containers that are refilled. A major issue in the bathroom is that the bathtub needs a step to get into it and the hand shower does not even reach the stand provided. My wife found it difficult to wash her hair as she had to sit down and then use the shower. Sitting down is not easy for her. There would be other guests who have problems with their knees or legs and the hotel should extend the length of the hand shower and fit another shower on the ceiling or wall so that guests, especially women, do not have trouble in washing their hair. A staff member promised to bring this to the attention of the owner but my mail has had no response so far!
The hotel's USP is its staff. All of them were very helpful, courteous and efficient. We would like to mention especially, Keaw, Kate and Mam who helped us with whatever we needed.

The breakfast in Pagoda restaurant, was tasty and the ambience is excellent, overlooking the river, but the choice for vegetarians is very limited. One has a choice between cooked American, Chinese or Lanna breakfast together with fruits, fruit juices, croissants and pan cakes. I brought to the notice of Kate, who was at the reception, that our orders for breakfast got mixed up because the stewardess was overwhelmed by the number of guests. Next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to see her overseeing the arrangements for breakfast and taking down each guest’s order. We really appreciate her devotion to duty and sincerity.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Old City at 1100 and 1400 and one at 1800 to the Night Bazar from Monday to Friday and to the Walking Street Market on Saturday and Sunday. On the way back Tuk Tuks charge 150 baht but it is better to download the GRAB app and use a Grab car. You pay only 70-72 baht and the cars are air-conditioned and comfortable.

There is a rustic vegan restaurant, Happy Green, a short distance from the hotel. Don't expect very high standards but the food is delicious and the staff extremely helpful and solicitous. The restaurant had closed(7pm closing time), when we reached there one night at 8 pm but the owner offered to cook food for us. They have a lunch buffet every day.

Although not in the city, the hotel is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and in a quiet area. Overall, it is a hotel that I would recommend to anyone.
