We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The first one was a little rough because there was one matress who was hard to sleep on. We asked them if they could change it for a better one and they did it inmediately. Breakfast: delicious, staf: profesional, decoration: beautiful. Detail: bathrooms are not very intimates, just so you know.

You definitely get what you pay for here with no bells or whistles, but it was more than perfect for my partner and I - clean hotel, in a great location with a relaxing ambiance. The service was one of the best during our two week visit to Thailand - friendly and very helpful staff. The pool is small and...

Really liked this hotel a lot. In a great location, just a few blocks away from night market and great restaurants all around. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The property itself is green and lush, and you really feel like youre getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only reasons why Im giving 4 stars...

Great small hotel on a budget, nice and modern with a ethnic feel which the Thai do so well. Travelling for business and pleasure and it was a nice relaxing place to hang out especially as the weather was awful. Highly recommend for the price. Staff were helpful on the desk and rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and...

The first thing to say about this place is that it is a beautiful hotel, an oasis set between two of Chaing Mai's busiest tourist roads. The place has an intense sense of luxury, very closed in wooden accommodation heavily shrouded in lush well-maintained greenery and with a quiet relaxed vibe. We took a family room which had a large...

We're currently staying at Banthai Village and couldn't be happier. Our room is just fantastic, the decor and ambiance is so Devine, they are very generous room sizes and they have got the mix between luxury, comfort but maintaining a local aesthetic...just right! We have a fabulous room (well actually it's two full sized rooms separated by a beautiful wooden...

We stayed 11 nights at Banthai Village, it was our second stay and we will definitely come back again, we love the place. The location is superb, close to the old town but in a quiet side alley, so the nights are quiet and there's no traffic noise at all. The staff is very friendly and smiley, everyone greets you...

Service was good at the hotel, from check-in right through to check-out. We stayed 3 nights. It's very well located - short walk to the Night Bazaar and old city. Hotel staff were able to give directions to various locations. Every evening there were musicians playing traditional music by the pool side. I could sit by my balcony and enjoy...

The location is perfect, room design was lovely and chic, but at least one of the staff was dishonest (see bottom of review) The room was gorgeously decorated and chic and very couple friendly, with the exception of the hot water in 414 being very luke warm. If you turn on the faucet on full, the water becomes downright cold. It...
