This place is very clean and comfort. We stay in 2 bedrooms suite, room is big and has a plenty of space for our family (4 adult and 1 baby). The room has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (one in master bedroom has a separated shower and bathtub, and one is second bedroom has combined shower and bathtub). The room has a big living area and dining area, there's also kitchen corner with completed of basic needed kitchenware. All bedsheet and towels and room are clean. Everything is perfect for family or even solo or couple traveller. The hotel located near with One-Nimman and other interesting shops and restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a varieties of food (ABF, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean) the quality and taste of food are great. We are very impressed with the staff, service, and the room and next time when we visit Chiang Mai we will choose to stay at this place again.

I stayed at Kantary Hills earlier this month with a friend to get away from the Korean winter, and although the staff were great and the stay was comfortable, I want the management and potential guests to know that if you want to swim in the pool, bring a scuba suit because the water is FREEZING COLD. The hotel claims that there is a "gentle heating" to save energy, but the sad truth is that Kantary is cutting corners and trying to save money.
The pool is freezing cold, the main jacuzzi is lukewarm (again, to save money), and the two single jacuzzis are falling apart (one is boiling hot and seems to be broken since you cannot see the temperature setting). Because the pool is too cold for any normal human being to swim in for any period of time, what ended up happening is that everyone, including mob groups of kids, would crowd into the warm jacuzzi.
Pools don't have to be boiling hot, but what is the point of having a nice outdoor pool that shocks everyone when they enter? Only the hard core lap swimmers are in there for more than a few minutes. I understand that hotels needs to make up money lost because of Covid, but in a luxurious hotel like this, in a hot country, pools should not be so freezing cold. It makes the hotel look cheap and desperate. The pool and gym staff are wonderful people but they don't seem to be able to do anything about it. I am guessing I am not the only person who was disappointed not to be able to swim, and I am sure others have complained to the hotel management.

However, over the previous week, Chiang Mai experienced heavy rain which cooled the water and the surrounding air. The temperature dropped 5–10 degrees, causing the water in the swimming pool to cool down as well. The company has regularly held events at Kantary Hills' conference room for many years. The venue meets your needs. Good location, clean, comfortable hotel, delicious desserts

I stayed at the Kantary for 2 weeks on a business trip. It is a great property with excellent, professional staff.
I had a one bedroom suite with a balcony on the pool side. The room was excellent with a full fridge, everything necessary for light cooking, and a small washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom are both nice sized. I had a door to the balcony in the bedroom and living room.
The hotel location is off the main road and so there is no loud traffic.
The reception at the Kantary is extremely helpful and quick to answer email questions. As things are changing quickly regarding Covid restrictions, Ms. Ja-Jah helped me navigate what I needed while at the hotel.
Breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of variety and made to order eggs. The dinner menu is extensive with Thai to pizza to Ausi steaks. I stuck with the northern Thai dishes and each was excellent (and spicy!).
The gym is decent enough to get a good work out. The pool area is really nice also.
I felt a bonus was the washing machine. Very convenient to do a load of laundry and hang it on the drying rack on the balcony.
If I have the chance to stay in Chiang Mai again I would not hesitate staying at the Kantary and highly recommend it!

A great hotel with very helpful staff. On arrival the porter took us to our room and insisted on showing us how all the various pieces of equipment were operated - this was very useful. We stayed in a Ground Floor room and experienced no aircraft noise. The Reception team were extremely helpful - called us cabs, directed us to the best place to try Durian fruit plus lots of information about the amazing Flower Festival that took place during our stay. The Buffet Breakfast is extensive although we had to point out that there were very few hot options for Vegetarians. This was rectified the next morning. You can easily walk to many restaurants, shops and bars but not best located for the historical sites. We enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel.

The Kantary Hills apartments where the perfect accommodation for my families seven month stay in Chiang Mai. After looking at many condos and hotels nothing compared to the Kantary apartments for price, cleanliness and location. The apartments are in the popular Nimmanhaemin area which is renowned for its great restaurants, bars and markets. Everything is in walking distance and from Friday to Sunday the area is buzzing with night life. Our modern two-bedroom apartment was 120squ with a large balcony overlooking the pool. With a family of four we enjoyed a very spacious living area. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are large. My wife and I enjoyed cooking and entertaining guests and using the large kitchen made it easy. On the occasion we ordered food and coffee from the Kantary 24-hour menu the quality was always excellent. We found the reception and housekeeping staff totally professional in their job and very polite. It is evident that all the staff at Kantary are very well skilled. If maintenance were needed, it was always finished before we returned to our apartment on the same day. The staff did their job with little fuss and total competence. The whole complex from the reception to the pool area is maintained with the same standard as a five-star hotel in Bangkok. The Kantary café on Nimmanhaemin road has great coffee and freshly made cakes. I found it a great location for business meetings. My wife and I would like to thank the Kantary management and staff for making our long stay a very enjoyable and comfortable one.
