Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice, clean. Free coffee and bottled water daily. Outside area to have a coffee. Breakfast very average for the price. Dark rooms but overall service was good. Would recommend to stay! Location is good (not excellent). If you stay make sure you check out food at 'drop in' so affordable and delicious! View from the 4th floor.

The location is ok, close the the old town but you need the motorbike to visit the new and partially the old town. The staff was friendly and with a great English which Is very helpful.
The room is very tiny but very clean. The only negative point was they did not offer any courtesy line as ANY OTHER HOTEL!!!!
breakfast was not amazing so I’d suggest to book the place without breakfast as there is a place very close with a wonderful breakfast . I do not remember the name so far but Is on the main road on the left side with red lanterns , just about 5 mins walk !

Although the staff weren’t the friendliest (as they were mostly glued to their mobile phones), there isn’t anything to complain about. The hotel is very well kept, rooms are exceptionally clean and it’s located within walking distance from the main attractions in the old part. Highly recommend the Cozy Inn

A lovely little hotel, ideally placed in a quiet street with a laundromat opposite.
Very friendly helpful staff, lovely clean room, with everything you need.
Only downside for us, was we were in room 104, which is next to the stairs, so literally everyone staying in hotel walks past your room.
We would definitely stay again, but only if we could get an upstairs room at the far end of corridor, but apart from that we have no other complaints.

The number one thing I ask myself when evaluating a hotel is would I stay there again or try somewhere else. I would certainly stay again. I don't think it could be considered in the heart of the action in any way, but there is a convenience store nearby, and some restaurants and massage places. It is a short walk to numerous places. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, good stff, and a bargain for the price.

Had a lovely stay at Cozy Inn. Rooms are lovely with really comfortable beds. After a day seeing the sights, this was a great place to return to, to relax and get a good night's sleep. Good views, although it was generally hazy during our stay. Varied breakfast options, which helped set us up for a day of sightseeing.

One of the best places we stayed the last 5 trips to Thailand!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, helping us with motorbikes and recommending places to visit.

It is a new hotel with very clean cozy rooms, good beds and a great strong hot shower.

At the moment they do not offer breakfast, but there are lots of places around the corner to eat. Also, they offer a free non-alcohol minibar with small snacks and drinks, plus the regular  2 bottles of water of course.
I found the free minibar idea better than a basic breakfast that is never good enough.
There is a terras and (still closed?) bar area on the first floor, perfect to sit and relax. Also the top floors have a magnificent sunset view over Chiang Mai (hillside).

Highly recommended place!

This is my 3rd Chiang Mai trip,I've been staying in different boutique hotels in Chiang Mai Old City & Nimman Road. Not to write too lengthy, in short - staffs are majority unfriendly, they should take courses in hospitality management, the reason is - the weather now in Chiang Mai is very hot and stuffy,so at night all of us sit & gather along corridor at lobby level, the night duty staff switched off the corridor lights while we're sitting there, and many mosquitoes attacked us then. The staff just can't flexibly turn off the lights after we leave,he just want to save energy power by just do so.We booked 4 rooms, and the room built up just not sound proof at all,can listen to the sound outside of the rooms clearly.Weather is very hot this month and air cond takes like hours to start cooling, the hotel management wish to save their energy bills so they forbid guest to hold more than 1 keycard, and only the hotel keycard can activate the in-room electric power(we tried to slot in other cards but it doesn't works),other hotels in Chiang Mai that we stayed don't have this 1 keycard policy.Hotel having 4 floors but only staircase climbing access and no lift(other boutique hotels do have lift even though only less than 5 floors),it happen my uncle is weak to climb these staircase so we requested to change his room to 1st floor (ground level same as lobby),but staffs reluctant to do so until we insist they have to do something for us.In-room flooring is greasy and housekeeper doesn't feel like mop the floor. There are in fact many hotels in Chiang Mai and this will be our 1st and the LAST attempt stay in this hotel, not gonna stay here again.

I stayed there for a night. The hotel is located on Sam Lan road. There is convenient store just 100 meters and many food shop around there. This area is in the old town. Reception was helpful and friendly. This is suite for budget traveller or who want to pay little money for private room. My room was at 3th floor with no elevator. The room was small but tidy, it was enough for 2 persons. The hotel had already prepared everything we needed. The decoration in the room looked modern that you can see from attached picture in this review. If i had chance to come Chiangmai again, i would went there.
Recommend to stay there.

Hello Lauren, I'm not owner and not any employee of Cozy Inn. I was only a previous guest/traveller whom stayed in Cozy Inn and find it not too cozy, that's why I put up my review. Btw do enjoy your trip. Cheers
