Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The bed was so comfortable and the en suite shower was a big room. the hotel is just across from the old city and despite being in a back street feels absolutely safe and secure. Only down side was that I was on the top floor and there are no lifts. It was quite steep but I m an older person so probably a small point. it was very reasonably priced and great location.

We stayed here for 5 nights in February 2020 and had a nice stay. The staff are very nice and the rooms are good. Showers are great: good pressure with hot water. The rooms are spacious. There’s a fridge in your room with 2 waters provider daily along with daily room cleaning. Rooms have great A/C. The mattresses are pretty firm. Also, they provide free breakfast each morning. Overall, great experience close to our favorite part of Old Town (the northeast quadrant)!

very friendly staff - good and comfy rooms. breakfast is not good - but that's to be expected at that price. location is good, on the corner of the old town moat. walking distance to tons of foodplaces and sights.

This place is incredible! From the friendly staff to the small decorating details, we have no complaints. Everything was very clean, the rooms have a refrigerator, TV, AC and free water. The halls and rooms are lined with tile and nice wallpaper. You are welcome to enjoy cookies, coffee, tea, cereal and hot/cold water all day! The breakfast surpassed our expectations and was very complete. The WiFi worked well everywhere and the location was perfect (just outside the old city). It is located near a 7-11 and across the street from a laundry facility, although I believe they can also do your laundry on property. Furthermore, they allow you to store your luggage when you check out AND have a scale to weigh it! Overall, one of my favorite hotels in Asia. You’ll definitely get a bang for your buck!

My wife and I stsyed at this hotel for 3 nights. Totally love the room. The hotel has unique design. The room is clean and beautiful. Water pressure is good. Two downsize, breakfast is only so so, the hotel is away from center.

I love the charm of the hotel. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The fellow (did not get his name ..) checked us in and helped bring our luggage up; later he chatted with us when we were looking at pamphlets and recommended some things to do. Ann booked a tour to Doi Inthanon for us and even gave a discount which I wasn't expecting. We didn't have to worry about anything and we didn't use cleaning service for the 3 nights we were there but it was nice that they asked us. The hotel is off the busy street and a short distance from the Old City so it was quiet in that sense. Only con would be the thin walls. It truly was like being in a home with other people. I could hear guests going down the stairs and such. Breakfast was okay - you can take some toast for some energy to trek for food. Overall it was a good stay and it smells great all the time.

The hotel is quite cute with all the antique decorations around. But it is not very clean. The back of toilet seat was very dirty and the shower curtain is in need for a change. The table cloth was very stined with either blood or coffee, but not sure if it was also part of the decoration. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice and helpful. Have a good night food Market about 10 mins walk from the hotel.

We loved our time at the hotel, it is clean, the rooms are very spacious and it is in a great location. The trip was made very special by the front of house staff, Tong. He was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and gave us some really good tips for the local area. I miss him already!

When we checked in Tong was professional and the process was easy through Agoda. We got settled in and then wanted recommendations on a massage. We looked at Trip Advisor, but Tong suggested a new one that was in town. He showed us the website and made the appointment for us. It was excellent (and I'll be writing a review on that soon). He gave us all kinds of recommendations on how to get around and where to eat. When it came time to check out, he made sure we had breakfast before we left for our early flight. Tong is the best! The place was very nice too. Quiet and clean with a good breakfast. They had umbrellas for anyone that needed them (and we did). The only downside is that it is off the beaten path and we needed to help the taxi driver find it with Google maps. When tours came to pick us up, they generally walked the half block from the main street rather than drive down the street. Not a big deal.

This very cute hotel is located in a quiet street just outside the old town. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They printed a copy of my passport for free. The rooms are comfortable, clean with a kitch decoration. Our room had a view on a huge tree which makes you forget you are in the city. The beakfast is good. Definitely recommend
