Small hotel, 14 rooms I think. I arrived at 6 pm. No one was at reception and door was locked. But there was a number to call but before I finished dialling a guy turned up and checked me in. The reception area is nice and airy and gave a good feeling about the hotel. My room was on the ground floor at the front of the building overlooking the road, with a large bay window. Room was large and perfectly clean. Had a fridge, microwave, a/c and a king sized bed. Bathroom was also of a good size. Two shower heads and a bath tub. Plenty of hot water. Location is very good, just off Soi Buakhao opposite a hospital. The road is mostly quiet. Hardly any vehicular traffic, just a few people walikng past. But there are 5 "gentleman clubs" and one Ladyboy agogo in the same road. Now the "gentleman clubs" mostly closed at 11pm, but the Ladyboy place did sometimes stay open until the small hours with some really booming music - I think 2 or 3 times during my 3 week stay. So not really an issue. The room had cleaning service twice a week. Clean towels also provided more often if requested. There are many cafe's, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. 7/11's and Family Marts too. LK Metro is just 5 minutes walk as well. I really enjoyed my stay here. The two reception guys - Ko and Auf - were freindly and helpful too. Highly recommended.…

Jan 2020. Before Covid-19. I stayed here 3 nights with my friend. Its safe and good location in middle of pattaya. Easy to find the shop and restaurants. Staff were warm and welcoming. Very good wifi speed, room with bathtub provide a smart TV. Its amazing!! the price is 990 baht per night!! I wish to come back to this place soon. Stay safe.

Direct booking get good deal for this time at 2 nights 2 rooms with friends. Still impressive as last visit. Nice environment and convenient location. This time I got lucky to get complimentary upgrade to be a room with bathtub and more space (not sure the room name : breeze bath sth at 1st floor) good service, nice decoration and staff still be friendly as always. When check out I got special souvenir from the hotel too. Will be back again when come here!

I stayed here for two weeks the staff are so helpful the room was clean with WIFI and LED TV. Perfect spot to stay so close to everything with motorbike taxis right out front. Quiet at night, just 10 min walking from beach road, perfect!. The rooms are having good working freeze, wardrobe , digital locker, enough storage space for big suitcases and also having good balcony. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

One week ago, I stayed in Pace Residence Pattaya for 5 nights. This place is great! The Residents is situated just a short walk from pattaya 2nd road. Located in a very quiet side street but close to soi Buakhao Pattaya with all of its bar and eating establishment options. Internet and cable TV worked well the whole time,hotel is guest friendly with no joiner fees. Staff were friendly and did there jobs well rooms very clean and good size. Definitely coming back another time because you feel as if you are at your home. Safe, quiet, close to everywhere.

Was in Pattaya for 20 days all the time at the Pace Residence. The hotel staff were very friendly and their service was great. Clean rooms comfortable bed with nice decorated. Quiet location, near to everything, walking distance from pattaya major avenue, nightlife and markets. Would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2019 for 3 nights. This is a very good hotel for a Pattaya visit. Good value, clean and the staff are excellent. The room was really nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. Location, It is right in the middle of the nightlife, but inside your room it's quiet. You can move easily everywhere from this place. Near to beach road & walking street. Next to shops restaurants and bars, and shopping mall, cinema etc. Street view room also great for me. We're definitely going to come back here soon.

Best hotel i have stayed in in this price range. It was in a fantastic central location in Soi Buakhaow and not far from the pattaya beach. No sea view from our room but i didn’t spend much time in room to worry about that. There are restaurants and cafés nearby. Parking is available. Staffs are good and helpful. The room is clean and comfort and the price is very good deal. It was the perfect hotel for someone like me, male solo traveler who is looking to relax and enjoy Pattaya.

Stayed here for 7 nights, very comfortable room with nice decorations. Great service and friendly staff. Wi-Fi is very good, great LED TV with many channels. This hotel was so relaxing. The location is very perfect, near The Avenue shopping center and 10 minutes walk to pattaya walking street. Local restaurants around here was very good. Amazing excellent experience and I will be back here soon.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Pattaya. Very nice and clean room. The double room was good size. All the staff from reception and the housekeepers were wonderful. They were helpful and willing to provide assistance and answer any questions. Wi-fi and smart TV were perfect! Tv channels included one in English, French, Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Location perfect for my purposes. Good location, its close to all the night life and a bout 15 minutes walk to the walking street or Pattaya beach. Highly recommend this place.
