The condo isn't new, but is maintained rather well. Every day the stuff cleans the territory, pool and so on. Everybody is very polite and helpful. The room is VERY big , we also had cleaning every. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, but you don't have to, because the night market is nerby. I will strongly recomend this place for families with kids because the hotel is calm and clean enough, the sea, the playground and the market are about 1 min walk from the hotel. Yes it's cockroach inside our room, 46/47. I have to say that the outside look of the hotel is really bad. However, inside the room is very nice and spacious, except for cockroach. The room is kitchenette and offer us some equipment that we can cook such as tea pot, microwave, glasses.

Far from the usual Thai attractions, close to the beach, a nice little Fun night market, and if you really want to visit the real Pattaya, it's just about 20 mins drive away! So this makes it a perfect place to stay and enjoy Thailand with your family!

This was a two bed apartment which was very spacious, abit expensive but thought we would have a change from a hotel.Would definitely return , the apartment was clean and had good air conditioners everywhere and a good cable tv so you don't have to go out every night lol ,pool frrrrreezing though.it also has 24hrs security

Good location, nice room, clean and comfortable, with full kitchen ware for your meals. Not far from the beach and convenience store. a weakest point is swimming pool, but not too bad. worth to stay here !!!

Rather dated but still in good shape this appartement building. Mainly owned by expats and now 30% empty. Shame, cause it has potential. Nice garden area in the middle and well kept pool. Security is fine and there is private parking. Only two small elevators but who needs more. We had an appartment with two bedrooms and plenty of space. Huge balcony and apart from the lighting in the apartment (you should really do something about that) we had no complaints. Mind you, we were in the back and not on night market side. So why not five stars? Well.... on our last night we had a cockroach visiting. But hey.... it's Thailand. No pool towels. No daily sheet and towel change. But these are minor complaints. So good value for money and excellent for families with kids.

Located 50 from jomtien beach and little night bazar. We stayed in a big apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom. Also a big terrace. All very clean. No noise at night. Swimmingpool little dissapointing. Next time we ll book a hotel for that short stay. Not a place for children. For long stay very oké. Friendly staff.

i really wanted to give this place a great review as it does have several great points about it, but unfortunatley the bad points outweighed the good on this occasion. the good points are that the rooms are massive. we booked a 150sq.m 2 bedroom apartment. the space was great, however we were unable to use the second bedroom due to faulty air conditioners. the air conditioners have been pre-programmed to turn off after 1 hour. so on our first night i was woken every hour by the air.con. turning itself off then i would have to manually switch it back on again. after the next hour you would wake up in a sweat and realise that the air con. had again turned itself off. by the next morning i was exhausted from being woken every hour. when i checked the air con. i realised also that it had not been cleaned for many years and the filters were absolutley full of dust and dirt. i was forced to rise out the dirt and dust from 2 out of the 3 air cons. the only good point was the lady who was looking after the apartments. she was the duty manager but not the owner. on the second night she moved us to an ajoining room, however after checking in we were shocked that one of the air.cons was switching itself off again after every hour. so obviously they have been pre-set to turn off after every hour. she got the building maintenance people to have a look but they were unable to fix the problem. so again, i had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people but we were unable to use the second room. we had to drag the matress out into the general living area for sleeping. the manager was extremly apologetic and helpful and she genuinly didn't know about the air con. being preset to shutdown after 1 hour. on the good side, the rooms were quiet, very close to the beach and a night market. after our ordeal i think we will stay in a hotel next time.…

This is a great place for the whole family. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby and some very good attractions to visit. Only 100 meters to a good beach. This low rise complex has apartments of various sizes with either 2 or 3 bedrooms. It is well maintained and managed. A very good swimming pool and surrounds . There is also a gym available. Panchalae is an easy 2 hour drive south of Bangkok. Easy to get around by using local public transport.

We stayed for 2 weeks after a move from the quieter Na Jontien. Here can be a bit noisy at night but if you have the air con on it muffles the sound. We called in and managed to get the apartment direct from the office, you pay up front with them. Lovely lounge /diner with huge flat screen tv, very clean and comfy.We had 2 bedrooms one large with en suite shower room, one either double or twin beds together, with a dressing room, bathroom next door to bedroom.Large balcony running the length of lounge and bedroom with table & chairs, loungers in dressing room. Very handy for night market (just outside entrance ), local baht buses at the end of street to Jontien 10 baht and then on into Pattaya another 10 baht. We found all the staff very helpful, cleaner would come in every day if required, welcome pack of bread , butter, meat, water and beers, . The pool area could do with some updating and new furniture, but a little oasis of calm when we went down.…
