It's a small but very nice place to stay, all the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with everything you need. The location is not so bad, close to every destination in Pattaya. The room is like your room at home but cleaner.

Stayed 7 nights in Deluxe Double room at B 690 a night. Very spacious and modern room. Hot water. Perfect Wifi. Comfortable king size bed. Aircon, TV, electric kettle and fridge. Very comfortable room on the floor above reception facing the street. Windows must be double glazed because you do not hear the street noise from the room and very...

I stayed here for two night and was quite happy with the hotel. I had a standard room at 480 baht (less than a tenner a night, or ten pound sterling if you are not sure what a tenner is) Clean room, clean sheets, towels etc, aircon, safe, TV, dvd player, fridge. It was a small room but big enough...

For 490 baht per night, having the comfort of a massive double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning all for my self, having stated in hostels the whole time, was an excellent change. The residence was great for one night but the price was average for what you received. All in all, decent residence, good location and nice staff for...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks in July/August 2014. The standard of accommodation is excellent. Friendly staff, clean conditions and a handy location. I have stayed in a number of hotels and this one ranks number 1. Minor as it may seem the air conditioner in the room didn't cause any nasal problems which is a bonus. I...

Arrived in the guest house I received no welcoming or greetings smile from the man who seems to be the manager and the lady nearby. I booked for 2 days and as usual they asked to pay the bill before climbing on the third floor. Right here let's say it's ok no problem for me. The nightmare started once inside...
