This is a good and reasonable hotel, if one is not fancy with the luxury, this is the choice for a good sleep, shower and the breakfast is great, book through hotel network you will get a great discount, walk out from the hotel .. easy and nice walk

Near the city center for walking around. Good breakfast and dinner. I'm also happy with the conference room at 1 st floor for gala dinner. Thanks for everything. Next time visit Dalat I will comeback here to have another holiday. One small thing is laundry a little expensive.

I was recommended by a friend to choose Best Western Dalat Plaza although I wanted initially to go back to Du Parc Hotel where I had good experience before. However, I was quite disappointed because although the location was convenient, it was close enough to the noisy night market, and the traffic in front was heavy and noisy. The rooms...

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the center of town facing the lake. It's a short walk to Dalat's evening market which was worth a stroll. We booked a Dalat City tour as soon as we arrived at the hotel and immediately was on the tour bus in 30 mins. Great service and the rooms are...

Dalat plaza is located a stones throw away from the town's most beautiful attraction, Xuon huong lake. The sites and sounds around the lake gives you a very nostalgic feeling every morning. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable although the lack of air conditioning maybe a negative for some. Location of hotel is within walking distance to all...

Shabby rooms with leaking plumbing. Buffet breakfast a health hazard with food being reheated in cold chafing dishes. No aircon and fans only on request. Not up to usual Best Western standards and a disgrace to the brand name.

I really enjoyed the two nights we had here. We've stayed at many hotels during our time in Asia and this hotel was among the comfiest!! Breakfast was nice, good variety! Shower was one of the best we've had during our Asia trip too, waterfall shower head with good pressure!! Would stay again

We spent 3 nights based in town at Best Western Dalat, 2 luxurious nights at Ana Mandara Villas and one night at Du Parc Hotel before our onwards journey. Best Western: all amenities you'd need, very well located and helpful staff. On arrival the room had a foul smell. They quickly changed us to a better room when we complained....

The hotel is located at center of Da Lat city, near by Da Lat market, Xuan Huong lake ... so you can walk around without hiring taxi or motorcycle. Breakfast buffet is not very good with poor menu. Be careful with elevator door because it could damage a bit to your children. For overall, I think the service is just...
