this was a beautiful hotel. staff very welcoming and helpful. the rooms were spotless clean. the room service food was beautiful and presented lovely. they also provide free breakfast which was really good to set the day off

Small hotel/inn in a great location. Pretty much what the photos show. Rooms not uncomfortable, just a bit old (especially bathrooms where toilets don't all flush well). Don't come looking for luxury, but we were pleasantly surprised as expecting less. Breakfast adequate - make sure...More

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. It was absolutely clean and modern. Perfect location for the old quarter of Hanoi. And quiet ;) without the honking bikes. But 3 nights for Hanoi is definitely enough you get tiered of the traffic.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient as well. We booked our tour to Ha Long Bay from the Hotel and everything worked smoothly. I highly recommend this Hotel!
