Only a short walk to Hoan Kiem, the location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and speak English well. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms a bit dated. The timber bath in one of rooms leaked badly. The beds are bit too firm, but after of day of sight-seeing on foot they were still a welcome sight!...

Suite room was the biggest room we had in Vietnam. Clean, spacious, beds were a little hard but manageable. Buffet breakfast was western and...

We had a triple room on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, next (as we discovered) to a wake-up rooster. The breakfast is great - there is a buffet of mostly...
