The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. From carrying your luggage up and down six flights of stairs to booking your train tickets for you, nothing is too much to ask. Madam Moon is a great place to stay with very friendly staff and a great all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast. Binh and Hien, the two main receptionists are exceptionally supportive in helping with any travel arrangements that you need to organise. I can't speak more highly of the service and care the staff at Madam Moon's provided. We were recommended to stay at Madam Moon's and all our communication with Binh the manager prior to our stay, was prompt, informative and most helpful. We had booked two nights in a Superior Double at Madam Moon Guesthouse, and we ended up staying in the standard triple rooms in MM Guesthouse 2 due to someone requesting a late check out. We ended up liking that location because it's set back off the street and was very quiet for being adjacent to such a busy area....
