First of all, the room that i stayed is nothing to compare with the pictures on the website. There was a closet that seperate my room and the one of my neigbor but the wall inside the closet wasn't one. It was like a thiny wood board so i could hear everything of what they were saying. The breakfeast was...

The hotel was nice in a good location, but the staff was so horrible it was not worth staying there! Never in our travels have we met a staff so ill-tempered, unhelpful and rude. After a day we went to see the beauty of city when we came back the hotel and discovered that my handbag with all our money...

As I arrived at the Grand View hotel, I had been travelling in Vietnam for 4 weeks ( Sai gon Mekong delta , Nha trang , Mui Ne , Hoi An ) and I have to say this was the best hotel I stayed at on my entire journey. The hotel staff were so welcoming they helped out with anything...

Nice, friendly hotel with well equipped rooms and a breakfast buffee including hot, strong coffee and fresh fruit among many things. But, what makes this to best hotel is the service, I've never seen anything like it. I forgot my camera in a taxi and was devastated. I don't know how many cabs and taxi clients there is in Hanoi,...

In the old quarter, it's a three minute walk to the lake and one of the central areas of Hanoi. It's a ten minute cab ride to...

This hotel is awesome for the price; we paid $10 a night each and had 5 ppl for the first night and then 2 of us after that. Two single beds with an awesome TV, rooms cleaned perfectly without anything stolen every single day, towels always replaced. Shower was a little small, but that's WAY better than we stayed rest...

Bad:bathroom smelt like urine, no kettle, floor water damaged, window doesn't lock, room smells like cigarette smoke when bathroom vent turned on, shower rose attached to bath - either shower kneeling or take a bath. Good: service, location. You can find better in a similar price range.
