i stayed here during 2017 TET holiday. Initial room allocated was on 6th floor and very near to lift resulting in regular noises. Later was allocated 7th floor after my return from Halong Bay tour. Both the room were big and very accommodating. Booked the entire itinerary with Ms Diep Nguyen (Annie) who made sure that what was promised in...

The Hanoi Imperial is a comfortable hotel fairly typical in style and amenity of mid-range hotels in and around old Hanoi. Our deluxe room was clean and reasonably spacious [although the room photographs on booking sites somewhat overstate the reality]. The hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a reasonable range of options. The location...

As a tourist to Vietnam since the past 7 days, I have gotten used to the high standards of service, cleanliness and F&B. This hotel lacks in all these quarters . Rooms are old, stuffy and with smell of Tobacco. The bathroom and electrical fittings were very old and not well kept. Breakfast was average -no brown bread, old and unappealing...

Dear Mrs. Abha We were regretful that you felt uncomfortable during the time you stayed with us. As the leading man of the hotel, I had already checked with all departments and made sure to improve our weak points. However, what you mentioned here did not completely reflect the status of our hotel. There were many guests who loved to...
