The best experience is the staff's warm hospitality and the welcome drinks. Next will be the breakfast which is hearty and sufficient. The rooms are pretty clean as well. Now for the worse: - The room feels damp and moldy (probably cos its winter time in Hanoi) - The kettle to boil water has hard water in them. Formed a...

Stayed here for two nights during our visit to Vietnam and it was a lovely hotel. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi driver the hotel had arranged for us, the airport is around 40 minutes away. On arrival at the hotel, we were given orange juice as the one of the lovely members of staff checked us...

Friendly, english-speaking and competent staff. Hotel was clean, breakfast was so-so. Centrally located, although quiet (which was nice in such a busy city like Hanoi). All in all good quality/price ratio.

The hotel is old and not properly maintained. The top rooms although very spacious are very noisy with a water pump for the entire hotel fitted on the roof and very loud all day and night. We asked to be downgraded to a second floor room, much smaller and quieter, but it stank of damp. The towels were in bits...
