We stayed 3 nights in Hanoi Central Hotel and Residences. The staff were amazing especially Ms Amanda and the doorman Henry (?) the room was huge and had a washing machine which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the room and was more than adequate. The location was great just a short walk to mos attractions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hanoi.
Best stay in Hanoi in the mist of corona virus , we were taken good care and was upgraded 3 times on our trip back from Nihn Bihn, sapa and Halong bay. Mr Tony Pham/Caroline were so helpful and treated us with great hospitality giving us all necessary informations needed and went to the extra miles to provide other services. For family , highly recommended the biggest room in the golden legend hotel or the apartments at Hanoi central hotel & residence with kitchen, laundry , room -service breakfast served like a king. Choice of spread of fruits, noodles, breads, eggs etc..etc..! Best service and appetite filled with contentment. We truly had the best experience with them . By the way, Mr Tony Pham speaks perfect English and he arranged all our tours to Sapa, Nihn Bihn and Halong bay perfectly with great satisfaction. He is flexible and adjustable to plan accordingly to individual needs.…
This is my 4th time in Hanoi and staying at this hotel was the best experience by far. To start, the rooms are humungous, something hard to come by in Hanoi’s old quarter. Our room had a kitchen, washing machine, living room, along with the 2 private bedrooms. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is an 8 minute walk from the Old Quarter’s bustling epicentre and nightlife, yet far enough away that you can relax in silence after a long day of hustling around Hanoi. Oh, and breakfast buffet is served in the room! Best of all, the staff at this hotel are so friendly! When the receptionist opened the door for me I said thank you in Vietnamese “cảm ơn” (This is commonly mispronounced by tourists). From my correct pronunciation of these two words the receptionist asked excitedly if I was learning Vietnamese, which I am. For the duration of my stay, the hotel staff were happy to have me in the lobby to teach me some Vietnamese when they had their hands free. They are all very sweet and speak excellent English! Thanks you guys! Hẹn gặp lại nhé!…
Luckily, I had upgrade from Golden Legend Diamond to Hanoi Central hotel and Residences. Wow, so suprised with hotel decoration, homely facilities in room. Breakfast were served in room with plenty of choices. Very good location, maximum take 10 mins to site attractions, shopping areas,... No words to express staff's hospitality, always help the guest with any demand. Will comeback for another stay!
Our two-bedroom suite was extra large and had everything we needed -- including a washer/dryer and a second bathroom. The rooms are exceptionally clean. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room. The hotel is down a quiet alleyway but is close to many of Hanoi’s attractions including the Old Quarter, Water Puppet Theatre, Temple of the Jade Mountain, Huc Bridge, Train Street, Hanoi Social Club & the “Hanoi Hilton.” We were greeted warmly by the English-speaking staff & extended our stay here in Hanoi because of them & their excellent service! We will be back!
