This is a wonderful hotel located in the center of the Old Quarter so it is very easy to discover famous sites. There are many nice restaurants and bar nearby. We stayed here for 3 nights of which room was nice and spacious. Breakfasts were plenty with delicious food. We did a city tour through hotel and their staff did...

Great and affordable hotel mid central in Hanoi. Close to the markets and restaurants. Also very helpful with organizing taxis and other individual needs. Also, the employees are friendly and ensures the hotel stays spotless.

Clean, spacious rooms that kept the noise out, yet near enough to food (stalls, cafes and restaurants) + shopping + pubs + drinking streets. Buffet breakfast scored a 7/10 in variety and quality for 3* hotel. Staff were always courteous. I'd come back right here in a heartbeat.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull with everything we wanted to do in Vietnam. First we wanted to only stay the first 2 nights, but due to the helpfulness of the staff we decided to book two trips (to Halong bay and SaPa) with them and Medallion hotel became a basis from where we explored the area. I...

Great location in the middle of the bustling old quarter. Close to bars and countless restaurants (local and western) and walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and all its surrounding districts and attractions. Although hectic outside - we found the hotel to be quite sheltered from all the hustle and bustle. The joining rooms to accommodate our family of 5...

We had one night here and found it a very smart comfortable hotel right in the heart of a bustling part of Hanoi. A walk of a few minutes gets you amongst the street food and bars. We sat outside of a bar for a drink and could not believe the mayhem on the roads, quite spectacular. After a very pleasant...

If you get a balcony room you are doing ok. We stayed in a balcony room and an internal room. Both rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. However, the internal room was dark, where the balcony room had natural light. The upside of the internal room was the bathroom, it was new, and had a glass shower frame, whereas the...

We stayed in the Balcony rooms of this hotel and were very satisfied with the room. It was large and with a small balcony that we could look out to the street. The breakfast was also very good with many choices but the hotel breakfast is quite small and there were not enough seats in one morning we came down....

Delightful hotel located in fabulous old quarter of Hanoi. Rooms well appointed and double glazed glass to keep weekend party noise out. We stayed twice on our trip. The first time all was good except bathroom was so small they couldn't fit any shower screen so everything got soaked. Second visit had room on eighth floor and bathroom great. Breakfast...

I booked two rooms for my boyfriend's family for their stay (about 1 week) in Hanoi. Whenever I came to the hotel, the doormen and receiptionists always treated me as if I were a tourguide with disrespectful manners by looking down and questioning me why and how long I would be at the hotel even I was escorted by my...
