The Hanoi Elite Hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. This felt like being back home in the UK, a historic building right in the middle of the Old Quarter. Must stay! It is located just very close to a number of places to eat, the lake and main shopping areas, including it's sister hotels which are 5-10 minute casual walk....

We reached and from the first moment we entered the small, but very nice lobby - they were all nice to us. My wife and me traveled along South East Asia for a few months and finally we wanted to invest in a better room, because our trip to Vietnam was a bit covered in stress. So we decided to...

We have stayed in this hotel for six nights and its was a very pleasant stay in the middel of Hanoi. Outside it is noisy in the very busy centre but in our room it was quietly. The rooms are clean and all facilities are present. Breakfast was very good and served quickly. It is een small hotel, what we...

One of the best small hotels I've stayed in. Incredibly helpful and professional staff, well appointed 4 star rooms in a very central quiet sidestreet. Rooms are not large but are very well designed and have everything you need.

With an excellent super friendly staff and a great location, we had a wonderful experience staying here. Clean, comfy rooms and made to order breakfasts the staff will help you in any capacity. Wonderful people,...

I stayed here a couple of nights ago after a recommendation from a friend. The first thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff are. The hotel is small, maybe only 10-12 rooms, but that works well in their favour. Rooms compact but to a good standard and the hotel is in a great location in the...

We stayed at the Elite Central and could not have been more pleased. First and foremost the service at this hotel and the whole chain is absolutely unbelievable. They really went out of their way to help us in recommending and making dinner reservations as well with other recommendations and taxi services. Location of this little gem is right in...

I have to say the Hanoi Elite Central Hotel is one of the greatest hotels that I have ever experienced. It is located in a quiet alley, but very near the center of travel place. The waiters there are extremely warmhearted and welcome. They can speak quite good English. They are humble, greeting me everytime we meet. The room is...
